  Welcome to Delhi - On arrival at the Airport / Railway station in Delhi, begin your tour of 'Amazing Himachal - Deluxe'. Proceed on a picturesque drive to the charming hill station of Manali, Manali can be visited any time during the year. Summers being warm with cool and pleasant evenings while winters are bone-chilling. On arrival, check in to your hotel in the evening. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

  Meal Plan- Breakfast & Dinner only Night Stay-At Manali
  After Breakfast, Start for a half-day city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Van Vihar, Manu Temple, Vashisht Bath, and Tibetan Monastery. The rest of the day is at leisurely strolling and shopping on the mall road. Proceed on a day excursion to the Solang Valley. Enjoy a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is a sight truly breathtaking. Return back to Manali. Evening free for exploring the local market. IMPORTANT NOTE:

• ∙ Check-in & Check out Time is as per Hotel Policies (Early check-in is Subject to Availability and might extract Extra Cost as per hotel policy)
• ∙ Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels and meals served as per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Al-Carte. For any unavailed meals we shall not be responsible and hotel may ask for extra charge.
• ∙ In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on in some case we select hotels basis on the google review, photos, and location, without physical verification of hotels, any variation or if doesn’t meet your expectation, company can help you to change the room/hotels with extra cost as per hotel policy.
• ∙ Company has given tour option basis on hotel property’s location, age, interior, price, services etc, thus we have categorize property not rooms, if you have special demand of particular room category in a given property you can ask to our representative, he will assist you with the costing.
• ∙ Guests can avail only those services that are mentioned in confirmation voucher. Any Add-ons, Changes/Upgrades in arrangements, Pick up/Drop other than the stated location will be based on additional expenses.
• ∙ Transfers must be followed as per the instructed time of the transporters. In case, customers miss their respective transportation services, alternatives arrangements will attract extra cost.
• ∙ TRAVEL MATE will not be reliable for any changes made by Third Party Providers i.e. Transportation, Hoteliers etc.
• ∙ TRAVEL MATE shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical faults, Heavy Traffic Jam or unforeseen situations. In “Unforeseen” scenarios extra cost may also be levied over the customers.
• ∙ Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well.

• ∙ Kindly carry a confirmation Voucher, ID Proof, Volvo Tickets, Flight Tickets, etc (if included in the Package)
• ∙ The customers are recommended to read the Confirmation Voucher carefully and any issue in it please revert in written mail only within 24 hours of issuance. If any errors shall not be entertained during the tour.
• ∙ The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and weather conditions etc.
• ∙ Any complaint or claim by the client must be notified to the company in writing within 48 hours of the end of the holiday tour. No claim notified to the company beyond this period will be entertained & the company shall incur the liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
• ∙ The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of checkout.

• Note: In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract a fair amount from the customers without any Objection from external authorities.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
∙ There is no contract between PRJ Travels and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
∙ In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
∙ An advance amount of 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios. The token amount doesn’t mean your booking confirmation, and it's not refundable.
∙ The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status, fuel prices / etc of the market as per the Government policy.
∙ Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only. ∙ Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
∙ TRAVEL MATE has the right to cancel your booking due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):
∙ In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
∙ The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
∙ Also note that a few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
∙ In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to the availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
∙ We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
∙ The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of the advance payment and will not be refundable.
