Arrival & Dharamshala – Mcleodganj Sightseeing
Upon arrival, our representative will assist with hotel check-in. After freshening up, begin your sightseeing tour. Visit the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. Explore Namgyal Monastery, the Tibet Museum, and the peaceful surroundings of Mcleodganj. Continue to Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, a serene spot ideal for nature lovers. Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi - Dharamshala (480 KMS/ 11-13 HRS)

Start your exotic trip to Dharamshala by boarding the Volvo from Delhi Volvo pick up point (Guests are requested to report at scheduled time & Pickup location will be mentioned on your provided ticket). Overnight journey will be by Volvo. Dharamshala has everything for a perfect holiday – Tranquil waterfalls, out-stretched tea gardens, cricket stadium for sports lovers, holiness of Dalai Lama and a peaceful environment to lounge around.

Day 2

Welcome to Dharamshala & Local Sightseeing

War Memorial

Reach Dharamshala where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel (Check In time will be as per hotel policy and early check-in will be subject to availability and extra cost). After fresh up proceed to cover Mcleodganj, Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, library, café and a souvenir shop. Experience the serenity in the adopted home town of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.

Day 3

Palampur Sightseeing

Have a healthy breakfast at the Dharamshala’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Palmpur sightseeing. Proceed to cover Chamunda Devi Temple. The name is derived from Chanda and Munda which were the two Rakshasa killed by mighty Devi. Later have some fun in Gopalpur Zoo and also lays out in Palmpur Tea Gardens. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.

Bye Bye, Dharamshala

Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by Travel with Madhavas can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 30 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the package before 15 days of your travel date.
Kindly note that the advance 30% of the payment will be considered as a token amount only & will be nonrefundable. Rest of the 20 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
