Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla Pick Up By Cab

  Morning time arrive in Delhi by Train in the morning meet and greet our respective on Railway station / Airport and drive to Shimla hotel. On arrival check in hotel. 
  
  Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel. 

• Day 2 : Full Day Shimla - Kufri Local Sightseeing

  Morning after breakfast drive to Kufri. Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. Visit Himalayan Wild Life Zoo which hosts rare Antelopes, Felines and Birds including Himalayan Monal, Himalayan bears and other rare birds and animals. After that return back to Shimla and free to visit mall road & Ridge, Scandal Point, church etc.Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla - Manali (On The Way Kullu Valley ​)

  Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Manali. On the way you visit Kullu Valley, Hanogi temple and Kullu famous Shawl Factory , Sundarnagar lake, Pandoh Dam. In short, Manali-is the "Valley of the Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort). On arrival check in to the hotel.
  Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Manali - Solang Valley Sight Seeing - Local Sightseeing

  Today morning after breakfast drive to visit Solang Valley. Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses if available there). and visit Manali local sightseeing Hadimba Devi Temple (Hadimba Devi Temple is a wooden temple and is the located in middle of Van Vihar),, Vashisht Village and Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Van Vihar, Manali Market, The Mall and Tibetan Monastery.  After that return back to Manali.

• Day 5 : Manali - Dharamshala Drop By Cab

  Today morning after breakfast Check Out from the hotel and drive Dharamshala . on arrival check in to the hotel and over night stay in hotel .

• Day 6 : Dharamshala Local Sight Seeing & Dalhousie Drop

  Today morning after breakfast Visit to Dharamshala Local Sightseeing tour. Visit St.John Church, Mcleodganj Market, Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunath Temple, Water Fall, HPCA Cricket Stadium etc. In evening drive to Dalhousie . On arrival in Dahousie check in hotel .Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

• Day 7 : Dalhousie - Khajjiar Kalatop - Dalhousie

  sightseeing of Khajjiar, 23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. Hutchison writes, "Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level" known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here. Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. In evening return back to hotel.

  Today morning After Breakfast Check out from the hotel and drive to  Delhi and drop at Delhi Airport / Railway Station.

• Check in and Check out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.


• In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the


• kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel


• A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.


• Hotel does not allow to check in with any pet


• In case of any irrelated activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.


• In case of any irrelated activities on Roads and anywhere in above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.


• In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.


• In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss


• Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy


• The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishappening any road accident during the tour.


• The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed in any circumstances.


• The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)


• Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc Games is not included Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of the tour.


• If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled & the agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.


• All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.


• Travel/Medical insurance not included


• Fees / Charges related to any tourist Permit is not included.


• Personal medical kit is not included


• Expenses for personal nature are not included


• Emergency evacuation cost is not included

• Anything not mentioned under Inclusions in your itinerary is exclusion


• Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishappening during tour, Any Road accident During the Tour,Regarding Permits to rohtang, inner line permit for leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to National parks any state or borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities,


• Regarding payments and refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions or above package offered by the agency) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Ambala only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted from total package amount


• Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted from total package amount


• Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted total package amount


• Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount


• 14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted from total package amount


• In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
