Arrive Srinagar, a Lake city of Kashmir, located in the heart of the Kashmir valley at an altitude of 1,730 m above sea level, famous for its lakes dotted with Shikaras, and the Mughal Gardens.. Transfer to hotel. This afternoon visit the world famous Mughal gardens built by Emperor Jehangir. Enjoy a ‘Shikara ride’ on the picturesque Dal lake. Overnight at hotel

Day 2

Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (56 kms / 2 hrs one way)

Dal Lake

This morning proceed for a full day excursion to Gulmarg, a Meadow of Flowers situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, and a famous ski resort during the winters. Enjoy leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains OR enjoy an optional Gondola ride (Cable Car). Overnight at Hotel.

Srinagar – Pahalgam (94 kms/3 -4 hrs)

Today you will be transferred by road to Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds - Situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder river, situated at 2,130 m. Arrive and proceed to your hotel, rest of the day at leisure to explore the countryside on your own. Overnight at the hotel

Pahalgam
