Day 1 : TRAVEL TO BARCELONA, SPAIN

Embark on your overnight flight to Barcelona.

Day 2 : BARCELONA

Arrive in one of the most dynamic and stylish cities of the world. The buildings, many the work of the eccentric genius Gaudí, will take your breath away. The art, with significant collections by Picasso and Miró, will captivate you. The people, with their exuberance, will fascinate you. Barcelona’s enviable position between the mountains and the sea ensures year-round outdoor fun. It is a city that is inconceivable until you get there, unbelievable while you walk its streets and unforgettable after you’ve gone. Tonight, meet travel companions at our welcome orientation and savor authentic local specialties and Sangria at our Tapas Dinner.

Day 3 : BARCELONA

The city streets of Barcelona are our playground as we explore, learn and compete in our unique, interactive Euro Explorer event. Armed with our tablet as your tour guide, we work together in small groups to locate hotspots, answer questions and earn points. Along the way you’ll discover some great facts about Barcelona, delve into historical happenings, identify famous people and places and learn great new things – this really is interactive learning and fun at its best! See and do everything Barcelona has to offer with your included Barcelona travel card, offering discounts to major attractions and free public transportation around the city.
Day 4 : BARCELONA

Las Ramblas is a tree-lined pedestrian boulevard packed with entertainers, living statues, mimes and people selling everything from lottery tickets to jewelry. The bird market on the second block is worth a stop, as is the nearby Palau de la Virreina, a grand 18th-century rococo mansion, with arts and entertainment and the most colorful market, the Mercat de la Boqueria. The next section of Las Ramblas boasts the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the famous 19th-century opera house and ends at the lofty Monument a Colom (Christopher Columbus Monument) and the harbor. In the afternoon take advantage of an optional sailing trip on the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy views, such as La Sagrada Familia, Montjuic and Port Olympic, along the coast from a modern yacht, help with the sails or even take the helm. To truly savor the great nightlife of Barcelona, consider la marcha at least once. Meaning, literally, ‘the march’, the phrase more fittingly describes the Spanish tendency toward intense socializing and partying, or packing in every experience possible before the sun breaks the horizon. Techno, salsa, rumba, rock and pop are all on the rhythm menu. For a more sophisticated evening, try Boadas, the oldest cocktail bar in Barcelona and the best place to sip a cool Cuban mojito chock-full of mint leaves. Head to Jamboree for some of the hottest live jazz and blues in Barcelona or go to Los Tarantos for great Flamenco shows.

Day 5 : BARCELONA TO NICE

During free time this morning, consider a visit to La Sagrada Família. It is the life’s work of Barcelona’s favorite son, Antoni Gaudí. The magnificent spires of the unfinished cathedral imprint themselves boldly against the sky with outlines inspired by the holy mountain Montserrat. They are encrusted with a tangle of sculptures that seem to breathe life into the stone. Gaudí died in 1926 before his masterwork was completed, and since then, controversy has continually dogged the building program. Later, we travel along Spain’s sparkling Costa Brava to Nice, “Queen resort of the Cote D’Azur.” C’est magnifique!

Day 6 : NICE

Collect your team members and your tablet, then get out and explore the city of Nice on this next scavenger hunt. Can your team think out of the box? Will you be able to meet the challenges that stretch your grey matter and get you thinking creatively! If you love exploring, learning new things and enjoy working with your fellow team members, then we guarantee that you will have the time of your life. At the end of the second hunt we will evaluate our talents and honor those with the best hunting skills. Year-round sunshine, old-style wealth and real city feel, makes Nice an exceptional destination. People-watch from a cafe on cours Saleya in Vieux Nice or experience a grand sunset from a bench on the legendary Promenade des Anglais. The city offers some of the best culinary options in France and the nightlife is buzzing. Go sunbathing or swim in the Mediterranean, stroll with the jet-set under the palms or join an optional trip to the Canyon Forest. This adrenaline adventure offers activities on all levels including iron ways, rope bridges, ziplines and climbing. Tonight, enjoy tasty French delicacies and wine while you bid farewell to new-found friends.
