Payment policies:-
Initial Booking Amount — 40% of the total booking amount.
Balance payment has to clear at the time of arrival.
For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.
Invoice will be issued on the same day after the deposit of booking amount.
Hotel Vouchers will be issued within 10 days after deposit of booking amount.
Taxi & Driver details would be issued 1 day prior to date of departure.Any Air or Rail fare.
Any other meal not mentioned in price includes.
Any other destination not mentioned in itinerary.
Any Pony / Doli / Adventure activity Charges at all destinations.
Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges.
Any expenses of personal nature.
Personal expenses like portage/laundry/phone calls/tipping etc
Any extra meals or Room service

  • Above rates are subject to change as per final confirmation from hotels.

  • No services are confirmed yet

  • In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.

  • Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings. If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and Vyas vacations India will not be responsible to arrange the same. He / She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.

  • It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.

  • Vyas vacations India shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcements or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost and directly payable



When Cancellation is made:-


  • 30 – 25 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost

  • 24 – 15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost

  • 14 – 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost



Please note:


  • All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.

  • Kindly deposit the 40% of total tour cost in below mentioned accounts detail to book the tour.
