· You can deposit by Cash, cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Online Transfer in any branch of these below mentioned banks and Paytm /Bhim App user have also do the payment.

· Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged
processing fee equivalent to Rs. 4,000/ per room OR 20% Of Total Package Which Ever is higher.
· Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date,

35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
· Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date,
50% of tour cost would be charged as retention

· Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.

· Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.

• Service Tax of 5.0% on total package cost inclusive of Swachh Bharat Cess & Krishi Kaylan Cess applicable as on date, for the Tour cost of the Package, service tax rate are subject to change.


• The GST is under consideration by the Government of India and as and when the same is enacted the same shall be applicable to you without any intimation


•  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.


• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher


• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

• The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.


• Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.


• The confirmation is subjects to availability.


• AC will not work in Hill Stations.


• Rooms are subject to the availability.  No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.


• The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

• Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.


• Extra bed means Extra mattress.


• Heater charges are extra.


• The car may or may not have power windows


•  IN case of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme court we will not be responsible in any case.


•  If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.


• 25 Dec and 31 Dec the charges will be extra that will be directly payable at the Hotel. We will have no role to play in the special package for 25 Dec 2017 and 31 Dec 2017.
