Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Njp Railway Station / Ixb Airport To Gangtok Transfer

Reach NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, meet & greet by our office executive and transfer to Gangtok in an executive vehicle – Upon arrival complete check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2

Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass Visit

Morning after breakfast near about 7:30 a.m. – Permits are made for one day visit to Tsomgo Lake (height 12310 ft. & depth 50 ft.) & Baba Mandir – This is nearly 48 km drive and takes nearly 2.5 hours – Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region - A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place - Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen – Nathula Pass visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for – Nathula Pass (India China Border 14200 ft.) once booked the amount is not refunded even if the trip get cancelled - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around M. G. Marg or the Local Market – Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Hanuman Tok Ganesh Tok

Morning 9:00 a.m. after breakfast proceed for Gangtok local sightseeing - Institute of Tibetology (Timing: 09.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs) - Ganesh Tok - Hanuman Tok - Cottage Industry - Flower Show - White hall - Tashi View Point – The visit to all these places are done with leisure and we advise our guest to follow - Evening one is free to stroll around - Over night stay at Gangtok.

Day 4

Gangtok To Darjeeling Transfer Via Namchi Chardham Sightseeing

Morning 7:30 a.m. after breakfast chick-out to the hotel – proceed for Darjeeling transfer – on the way visit Namchi Chardham - Chardham is a famous tourist attraction in Sikkim - It is a replica of all the 12 Jyotirlingas and Chardhams in India. You’ll find here a 33 m massive Shiva statue raised on the Solophok hilltop – It’s a huge pilgrimage complex with Hindu temples all around – Overall it's a nice place that gives you positive vibes – There after chick-in to the hotel –Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 5

Darjeeling 3 Point Sightseeing & Ixb Airport Transfer

Early morning at around 3:45 a.m. chick-out from hotel and drive to Tiger Hill, Batasia loop & Ghoom Monastery – After that transfer to IXB Airport for your onward journey – Tour end.

For Late Arrival / Unscheduled Extensions please must be reported in advance for necessary arrangement and action.
Strikes, Natural Calamity, Landslide, Non-permit – we are not responsible for those things. We try to advise our guest to take no risk and reschedule the Itinerary if we sense any such intention. In such cases guest have to stay in the nearest resort / hotel or lodges. Arrangement will be made by us but the extra cost in actual has to be paid by the guest.
If by landslide, heavy rain or any other natural calamity car will go by different route, guest will be bare extra money for long route.
Vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
Vehicle booking to be confirmed only after getting INR 2000.00 by cash / fund transfer & remaining full payment will have to pay by cash only in advance before starting the journey. Otherwise we are unable to provide the pre-booking service.
Booking amount will not be refundable for cancellation.
In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked service, such changes would be considered as new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately and adjustment with the cost of original service is not admissible. Such extension or alteration of the original service is subject to both HVH and the guests agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement HVH commitment is limited to the service already booked.
If any tour cancelled because of unfavourable climatic conditions, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case booking amount will be forfeited.
These will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.
The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour.
Guests are requested to carry 4 Xerox copy of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving License / Voter ID along with 4 copy P.P. photos.
Children / Students are requested to carry Original & 4 Xerox copy of school or College Photo Identity card along with 4 copy P.P. photo. Also carry the original birth certificate.
For Infants carry 4 passport size photographs.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will need extra cost and directly payable on the spot.
The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
AC may be switched off on hilly routes.
In Sikkim & Darjeeling region the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
The guests of Innova / Xylo / Scorpion are request to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be pay by guest directly.
In Gangtok city Traveller / Sumo or Similar will not to be enter in the main city. It will drop at Deorali Stand. Stand to hotel Drop / Pickup costing is not including in package.
Vehicle should be providing as category wise not model wise.
All vehicle rates are subject to change for the increasing of fuel cost.
Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
North Sikkim / Tsomgo / Nathula Permit are subject of availability. Incise of Landslide or any other reasons those are close that time we provide alternate sightseeing.
All dispute will subject to Siliguri jurisdiction only.
