Gangtok Package

You will be received by us on your arrival on at Green Field Airport, Pakyong Sikkim / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) West Bengal. From your arrival at the location we will be assisting your transfer to Gangtok, which is 30 kilometers from if arrival is at the Pakyong airport and nearly 135 kilometers from new Jalpaiguri or Bagdogra airports which will take at least 4.5 to 5 hour of road travel.


Gangtok is a capital of Sikkim, has plenty of places to see for the tourist according to the interest of the visitor. It has place for the spirituality oriented person to visit the local tranquil monasteries. Adventure sports for like rock climbing, hiking and paragliding for the adventurers along the picturesque views of snowcapped peaks. It's a perfect place to start a memorable tour of North Sikkim. The Evening is free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center. Check out the beautiful handicrafts. Be back to the hotel on time. Take ample rest in your hotel room and enjoy the leisure activities of the hotel property.

The Tsongmo Lake and the Baba Mandir in local colloquial is the place to see on the second day of your visit. The Lake which comes first is nearly 40km from Gangtok will be an adventure in itself. The beautiful Tsomgo Lake is an oval shaped glacial lake, the lake lies at an altitude of 12,400 ft. Baba Mandir is another sight to visit around 10km distance more from the lake. The temple is name after an army man; Baba Harbhajan Singh who sacrificed his life for the nation. There is an option to visit the
Nathu La Pass which is a gateway to china from India by road and is a famous silk route. The beauty of the place and the thrill of being almost to another nation may tempt you for a ride. After your day tour, get back to Gangtok for overnight stay at hotel. The journey to the hill top may give you light headedness. You may like to rest and relax at the hotel and if you are energetic enough you may explore the Gangtok town at your own will and cherish the moments for your coming years.
(In case of landslide or any reasons if Tsomgo Lake is closed, alternative sightseeing will be provided.)

Rumtek is a famous monastery, which is a seat of HH Gyalwa Karmapa. It is also known as Dharma Chakra Centre. It is an hour and half journey from Gangtok. We can start the journey after the breakfast, after the visit to the monastery we can come back through an alternate route and visit Lingdum Monastery at Ranka, which has its own significance. Then visit Banjhakri Falls and lunch at Gangtok. Post lunch we can visit Tashi View Point , Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok and evening free to stroll at MG Marg and rest at hotel for preparation of onward journey to next day.
