Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Njp/bagdogra To Gangtok(5,500ft).

Arrive NJP/Bagdogra and transfer to Gangtok takes 4:30 hrs (approx) transfer to Gangtok. Check-in at Hotel/ Resort and overnight stay. Evening free to go around the famous M.G. Marg. Enjoy the local beauty of Gangtok.

Day 2 Gangtok To Lachen(9,800ft),

Tashi View Point

Drive to Lachen (9500ft), a village surrounded by snow capped peaks and beautiful alpine meadows via Chungthang( is on the confluence of Lachen & lachung rivers) ,another quiet and picturesque hamlet on the higher Himalayas famous for its proximity to the Kanchenjunga National park, Chungthang is a sub-divisional town and the first entry point into alpine north; visit Tashi view point,seven sister falls, naga falls,lunch on the way ,transfer to hotel at Lachen. Over night halt and dinner at Lachen hotel.

Day 3 Lachen-gurudongmar Lake (17,800ft) To Lachung(8000ft),

Start early at 4 am, morning breakfast at Thangu then proceed for excursion trip through the Kanchenjunga National park, to Gurudongmar Lake. After visit return to Lachen post lunch transfer to Lachung. En-route visit at, Confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Bhim Nala Waterfall and Holy Rock at Chungthang. Overnight dinner and stay at Lachung hotel.

Day 4 Lachung To Yuma Samdong(15,350ft) Via Valley (11,800ft) To Gangtok

Early Morning after breakfast visit Yumthang-valley (known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks & winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch and transfer to Gangtok Overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.

Day 5 Local Sightseeing Around The Gangtok,

Ganesh TokTashi View Point

After breakfast excursion to sightseeing ( Bakthang waterfalls,Botanical Garden,Do-Dul Chorten,Institute of Tibetology,Flower Show, Cottage Industry,Ganesh Tok and Tashi View Point),evening free for personal activities and overnight at Gangtok.

Day 6 Gangtok To Tsomgo Lake (12,400ft) & Baba Mandir,

Tsomgo Lake

After breakfast excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir, return back to Gangtok and overnight at Gangtok.

Day 7 Gangtok To Njp/ Bagdogra Airport.

After breakfast set out for NJP/ Bagdogra Airport takes 4:00 hrs (approx..) from Gangtok.
