• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/ coach during your stay, shall be payable by the client. TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for the same.


• All the above mentioned sightseeings are based on time schedule, to cover the complete sightseeing points, extra care of timing should be maintained otherwise TTT will not be responsible for the same.


• The TTT Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.


• Management  of TTT reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, bus or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.


• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.


• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.


• TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for any loss of baggage, expensive things etc, in train/bus/hotel.


• All arrangements made by TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS are in the capacity of an agent only. TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled Trains & acts or forces of nature.


• Payment Terms: 100% payment before departure date.


• Payment Mode: CASH/DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / NET BANKING/NEFT

Cancellation Terms:-

• If the client cancels the tour package booking 30 days or more prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to the booking amount.


• If the client cancels the tour package between 20 days to 10 days prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 80% of total tour package cost.


• If the client cancels the tour package less than 10 days prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total tour package cost.


• If the client wishes to amend or cancel the tour package booking because of whatsoever reasons including non-payment of the Balance Amount, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges as mentioned in this clause from the client.
