Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar. (Deluxe Houseboat)

Upon arrival at the Srinagar airport.You will be met by our representative.He will assist and transfer you to your Deluxe Houseboat. Afternoon free for leisure. In the evening a romantic Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset.( Shikara ride on direct payment basis.) Srinagar is the summer seasonal capital of Jammu and Kashmir and famous for its gardens, lakes and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dry fruits, Srinagar is located on both side of the Jhelum River. It’s famous for its nine bridges connecting the two parts of the city.The city is a gateway to some of the most scenic and beautiful places of Indian subcontinent. Day 2

Srinagar - Gulmarg - Khilanmarg ( Affarwat ) (52 km./2 hours)

After breakfast check out from deluxe houseboat and leave for Gulmarg. known as ‘Meadow of flowers’ which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in valley. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world. It is also popular for its highest golf course with 18 holes. Enroute view the apple orchards. Enjoy the splendor longest cable car ride ’Gondola’ up to the Affarwat snow point. Free time to play and enjoy in the snow. Overnight Stay at Gulmarg. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.)

Day 3

Gulmarg - Pahalgam (Local sightseeing) (152 km / 5 hours)

After breakfast depart to Pahalgam. The“Valley of Shepherds” situated on the bank river Lidder which is most famous place for Indian film Industry. Pahalgam is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave a holy site for Hindus. Enjoy natural charm of the valley. Excursion to Chandanwadi for a magnificent view of Lidder valley, Aru Valley a fascinating valley.Betaab Valley. Day 4

Pahalgam - Srinagar. (96 km / 4 hours)

Shankaracharya Temple

After breakfast drive to Srinagar. On the way visit Saffron fields of Pampore and Avantipur ruins which is 1100 years old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Avantipur was founded by the King Avantivarman and Cricket bat factory. On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon visit Shankaracharya Temple on your way shopping at the local Handicrafts Emporium.Overnight Stay at Srinagar.(Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Srinagar. (Local sightseeing)

Dal Lake

After breakfast visit World famous Mughal Gardens. Nishat Bagh’Garden of Pleasure’ built by Asif Khan in 1632,Shalimar Bagh ’Abode of Love’ built by Jehangir for his beloved wife Nur Jahan in 1619 and Chashme Shahi ’The Royal Spring’ The graceful garden. Enjoy a romantic Shikara ride on immensely beautiful Dal Lake where you visit island of Charchinar,Nehru park and Floating market.(On direct payment basic.) Departure from Srinagar
