Breakfast. Walk through Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia since the 5th century AD. First stop: Narikala Castle the oldest fort of Tbilisi built in the 4th century AD which was originally a Persian fortress. You can see the old walls and new church, constructed in 1996-1997. See the Metekhi orthodox church of Assumption built in the 13th century and enjoy the view of the old city.
Abanotubani, the oldest part of down town is known for its sulphuric baths. The contemporary baths are mostly from the 18th century. The most famous among them is Orbeliani bath or so called "colourful bath", which was built and owned by noble Georgian Family - Orbeliani. Return to hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure.

Breakfast. Visit the Jvari monastery, on a small hilltop with a view of Mtskheta, the old capital of Georgia. In prehistoric times this was the home of a pagan deity. When Christianity became the state religion, a cross (in Georgian “jvari”), was erected there followed by a church in the 5th - 6th centuries AD. It is the first cross-domed church in Georgia and is on the UNESCO List of the World Cultural Heritage Sites.
The Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta is one of the most sacred, where the first wooden church was built. The current impressive cathedral was erected here in the 11th century. According to legend, the cathedral is built where the shroud of Christ was buried. Currently it is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage Sites.
Walk through Borjomi town in the southern part of Georgia, known for its natural springs and mineral water. Borjomi Central Park is a must do. Return to hotel.

Breakfast. Visit the Zhinvali Water Reservoir for breathtaking views. Next stop is the 17th century Ananuri Fortress enroute to Gudauri and Stepantsminda. There are two churches in the complex.
Continue to Panorama Gudauri on the Georgian Military Highway near the ski resort. The monument is a large round stone and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus mountains. It was built in 1983 in honour of friendship between Soviet Georgia and Soviet Russia. Inside is a large tile mural that depicts scenes of Georgian and Russian history. Also visit the hilltop Gergeti Trinity Church, one of the best examples of Georgian Church Architecture. It overlooks Stepantsminda town and offers a beautiful view of Mount Mkinvari. Return to Tbilisi.

Breakfast. Visit Kakheti, Georgia’s primary wine region, considered the cradle of wine where there are small local authentic wineries and big factories. The Bodbe Monastery in Sighnaghi is one of the major pilgrimage sites associated with St. Nino, the 4th-century female evangelist, whose relics are shrined there. Enjoy wonderful views of Caucasus mountains from here. The town is surrounded by a city wall, has narrow streets with pastel houses. The 24-hour Wedding House, is why the city is often called “The City of Love.” Return to hotel.

Breakfast. See the Tsalki Dashbashi Canyon one of Georgia’s most important natural monuments. Its glass (Diamond) bridge is 240-meter long at a height of 280 meters. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views here. Return to Tblisi. The rest of the day is at leisure.
