Grand Turkey Tour (04N/05Days)

Arrival at Istanbul Ataturk Airport get Transfered to hotel early in morning . Do half-day tour. Visits to City Walls, Golden Horn and cable car to Pierre Loti Hill. Then, Bosphorus Cruise along the Bosphorus, the winding strait separating Europe & Asia. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat, no interior visit) and Leander’s Tower (from the boat, no interior visit). Return & Overnight at Hotel.

After early morning breakfast proceed for half-day city tour. Visits to St.Sophia (closed on Mondays), Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stand the obelisk brought from Egypt by Theodosius and the Serpent Column taken from Delphi by Constantine. Blue Mosque (closed for visit on Friday mornings due to Friday Pray), which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet and Grand Covered Bazaar (closed on Sundays) dating back to 15th century. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Afternoon free at leisure. If desired we can leave the clients at Bazaar, and they can return to their hotels by their own. Overnight at Hotel / Istanbul.

After breakfast at hotel ,transfer to Ataturk Airport for an early flight to Ankara (Arrival to Ankara needs to be latest at 09:05am). Ankara, the capital of Turkey and one of the fastest growing cities in the world with a history that can be dated back 3000 years. Visit to the world-wide famous Anatolian Civilizations Museum (also known as Hittite Museum) and the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the Turkish Hero. Then, departure for Cappadocia. Lunch en route. After a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake visit to the 13th century Seljukian Caravanserai Agzikarahan. Arrival to Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Cappadocia.

After breakfast at hotel , visit to the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar (or Devrent Valley). Then, proceed to the Open Air Museum in Goreme through Avcilar Valley and visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. Lunch at a local restaurant and then visit to Kaymakli (or Ozkonak) Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Pasabagi in Zelve region and Avanos with shopping facilities for the world-wide famous handicrafts. Dinner and overnight at Hotel At Cappadocia.

Breakfast at hotel. Free till departure. Hotel check-out latest at 12:00hrs. Transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehire Airport (between 07:00am-22:00hrs only) to take a domestic flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Ataturk Apt directly taking international flight back to India.
