After an early breakfast proceed to Cherrapunjee (56 km), the wettest place on earth. Enjoy a pleasant drive to see the roaring waterfalls leaping into deep gorges, including the famed Nohsngithiang falls. The lovely town is also famous for its limestone caves and orange honey. Watch the Dein-Thlen Falls, Noh-Khalikai Falls, Noh-Sngithiang Falls and also drive to the Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park and the Living root Bridge. Return to Shillong. En route visit the Shillong Peak. Overnight at Shillong.

Early morning you may drive to Mawlynnong (90 kms from Shillong), the cleanest village in Asia. Return to Shillong. En route visit the Elephant Falls. Enjoy local sightseeing of the, Scotland of the East, Shillong. Your city tour includes Churches, Lady Hydari Park, the Orchidarium and the Golf Course. Overnight at Shillong.

After breakfast return to Guwahati. In Guwahati visit Srimanta Shankardev Kalakshetra, and local Emporiums for ethnic local products. You may also opt to spend you evening at Balaji Temple or take a cruise across the river Brahmaputra. (cruise at additional expenses). Overnight in Guwahati.

Morning you may take a temple tour to pay your obeisance at the Ma Kamakhya Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Sukleshwar Temple. In time transfer for onward journey.
