Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : AMRITSAR – MANALI (400 KMS/ 10-12 HRS)

  Meals: No Meals
  At 4:00 pm report at Amritsar Bus pick up point (on your own) & Depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Overnight Journey by Volvo.
  Exotic Manali offers something special for everyone. It gives peace to mediators, inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc. On the way to Manali you experience the cool breeze already taking all your stress away, soothing you from serene environment and surprising you from its jaw- downed landscapes.

• Day 2 : ARRIVAL IN MANALI + LOCAL CITY TOUR (3 - 4 HRS)

  Meals: Dinner Only
  Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishnu, etc.), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious),Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight at the stay.

• Day 3 : MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY (14 KMS) – MANALI

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

  Today morning after breakfast have excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Upto Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall): On the way to Rohtang Pass visit Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi. In Rohtang Pass enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
  Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot. Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday.

• Day 4 : MANALI – KULLU – MANIKARAN (85 KMS/ 4 HRS)

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later proceed to Manikaran enroute cover Vaishno Devi Temple. Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Manikaran is an important pilgrimage site as it offers Religious Ram Temple & Impressive Gurudwara (It is famous for hot Water spring which can boil Rice, Dal etc. within 5 min which impresses each & every Visitor). Overnight stay at Hotel.

  MANALI – KULLU – KAIS MONASTERY – NAGAR CASTLE – ROERICH ART GALLERY – MANALI
  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later drive to Kais Monastery, Naggar Castle (Which was once the residence of Raja of kullu is now popular for Shooting of National / International Movies due to its overwhelming sceneries) and Roerich Art Gallery (displays the art of famous Russian Painter Nikolai Roerich which enchant every visitor by its Fabulous Painting & Serene surroundings). Later at 5:00 pm return to Manali. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : MANALI – AMRITSAR DEPART

  Meals: Breakfast Only
  Today check out @ 10:00 am from the hotel and then you are free to explore Local market, Van Vihar (Dense Forest with deodar tress) & Tibetan Monastery in Market by own. At 7:30 pm report at Manali Private Volvo Stand & return to Amritsar….

• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 10 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges but second time will attract additional charges.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 6 month from the date of advance payment.

Note

• Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)
• Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be as per the Hotel Policies
• Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.
• EXTRA PERSON COST:
• Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
• Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
• Note: In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
30 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 20 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date.
Please note that the advance 20% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 30 % must be cleared before 30 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
There is no contract between Azaad Bharat booking Holidays and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
Advance token amount 20% is non-refundable in any cases.
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 7 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
In exceptional cases like Instant death, company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount)
