If cancellations are done prior to 30 days of the start date of the trip, cancellation fees charged will be 30 percent of the total package cost. If cancellations are made 15 to 30 days before the start date, 70 percent of the total package cost will be charged. If cancellations are made within 7 to 10 days before the start date, cancellation fees charged will be 85 percent of the total package cost. Cancellation 6 days prior or last minute booking due to flight cancellation, natural calamity, technical weather, high tides or sea conditions will attract 100 percent cancellation charge. Activities may be cancelled due to weather or government restrictions and in such cases an alternate activity may be offered but no refund will be provided. 100 percent cancellation applies in case of non refundable flight ticket or hotel room. Any GST charged on any transaction is not refundable. Refunds for hotel and flight cancellations will follow the hotel and airline cancellation policies. If cancellation occurs after commencement, refunds will be restricted and depend on recoverable amounts from hoteliers and contractors. No refund will be initiated for unused elements due to inclement weather, illness, strikes, road blockages or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
