Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Cochin

Arrive in Cochin and transfer to your hotel for two nights. The rest of the day is then at leisure to relax after your flight. Overnight stay.

Day 2 In Cochin

St. Francis ChurchDutch Palace

Often known as the ‘ Venice of the East’ the city of Cochin has wonderfully diverse influences. Today you will view the Chinese fishing nets, tour the Dutch Palace and Synagogue in the old Jewish town and visit St. Francis church, built by the Portuguese in 1510 AD. In the evening enjoy a Kathakali dance performance. Overnight stay.

Day 3 Cochin-munnar By Road 130 Kms / 04 Hrs Approx.

Today your driver will take you into the heart of the Cardamom Hills to the tea growing area and Hill station of Munnar ( 4 Hrs). Set at an altitude of 6000ft, Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful haven of peace and tranquility. Spend the afternoon relaxing at your Hotel, where you will spend two nights. Overnight stay.

Day 4 In Munnar

Day at leisure to relax at the hotel or spend time with your driver exploring the unending expanse of tea plantations and pristine valleys. Overnight stay.

Day 5 Munnar-thekkady By Road 110 Kms / 04 Hrs Approx.

This morning drive to Thekkady (4hrs). Enjoy the enchanting journey as the road winds through tranquil countryside, rich plantations and thick jungles. In the afternoon enjoy game viewing by boat in the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, declared a Tiger Rerserve in 1978 although Tiger sightings are very rare. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mulla periyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. Stay for 1 night in Thekkady.

Day 6 Thekkady-kumarakom By Road 120 Kms / 04 Hrs Approx.

Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as a cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, rubber, vanilla and coffee. Enjoy the aromas of these spices with a morning walk in a spice plantation. Afternoon travel on to Kumarakom (4hrs) and the lush backwaters of Kerala. Kumarakom is Kerala’s heartland of Lagoons with palm fringed lakes and paddy fields, inter-linked with hundreds of winding canals. Arrive at your hotel where you will spend two nights. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 7 In Kumarakom

Day at leisure to enjoy the the backwaters of Kerala. Overnight stay.

Day 8 Kumarakom-alleppey (rice Barge)

Afternoon, embark your journey on your private traditional air-conditioned and fully staffed rice barge. Spend the day cruising the backwaters, and unbelievably beautiful paradise of mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals. Watching village life unfold as you float by and spend an unforgettable night on these tranquil waterways. Overnight stay in houseboat.

Day 9 Alleppey-kovalam By Road 175 Kms / 4.5 Hrs Approx

Rates mentioned are per person on twin sharing basis.

Extra Adult sharing the same room will be charged 50% of the package rates (per person rates)

Extra child 5-12 years will be charged 40% of the package rates

Entry & exit points will be nearest to the destinations

All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should the no. of passengers, inclusions, hotel category or type of transport change at any given point the cost is liable to change and payable as advised by us.

Rates/itineraries/payment terms are subject to change without any prior notice.

For Ac Vehicle A/c will work only in the plains and will be switched-off during hill drives.

Children below 5 years accommodation will be on complimentary basis sharing parent’s room and breakfast charges as applicable.

The given cost is inclusive of all services mentioned in the quotation and no refund will be processed for any service which is not avail by guest once in tour.

Hotel Check In / out time is 14:00, early Check in and Late Checkout depends on Availability of Rooms, also with supplement charges.

Please inform us the arrival departure timing of our guest in advance for confirms services and supplement charges occur.
