Two trips in one. Start the journey with jeep ride from Hvar town to the highest peak of the island. From there you would start the hike all the way down to the see level, stopping in a cave which hides small abandoned monastery inside. Tour ends with lunch in the sea side village, before we get on a jeep to return to Hvar.
Hike from the Top
We will start the tour on a jeep transfer from Hvar town to the highest peak of Hvar island- St.Nicolas 626m above sea level. It is about 45min long ride. The climb from the parking spot to the top is about 15min long. After enjoying the views and some guides explanations we will start our downhill hike towards Sveta Nedjelja. The hike down to the sea level is steep an not recommended if you have some serious knee or ankle injuries, so please advise us if that would be the case. The trail passes along the ancient path that was connecting south and north coast of the island and it was used for daily commuting of people.
