Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

  Welcome to the Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met our representative and get transferred to Houseboat in Srinagar. After relax late afternoon enjoy a romantic 'Shikara ride’ on the Famous Dal Lake, visiting Char Chinar, Floating and Vegetable Markets. In the evening back to Houseboat for a comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 2 : On to Pahalgam - Srinagar - Pahalgam

  After breakfast drive to Pahalgam “valley of shepherds”. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma). On Arrival in Pahalgam visit beautiful nearby places like Kolohao Glacier via Aru, Satlanjan and Dudsar Lake, Chandanwadi “starting point of Amarnath Yatra’. (ponies/cab can be hired directly by your own payment) In the evening back to Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.

• Day 3 : On to Gulmarg - Pahalgam - Gulmarg

  After breakfast transferred to Gulmarg known as the “Meadow of Flowers”. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. On arrival enjoy a fun filled pony ride and Gondola Ride. Gulmarg Gondola (cable car) is the highest and largest ropeways in Asia having a total aerial distance of 5 kms. (approx.) with two phases namely a) Apharwat (3300 meters above from ground level) and b) Kongdoori (4,000 meters above from the ground level). Overnight stay at Hotel in Gulmarg.
• Day 4 : On to Sriangar - Gulmarg - Sriangar

  Today after having proceed to Srinagar. On arrival at Srinagar check-in to your Hotel. After relax visit the famous Mughal Gardens like, Chashma Shahi (The Royal Springs), Nishat bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Garden (Adobe of Love). These fall along the banks of Dal Lake in the heart of Srinagar. Also visit Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire city, along with famous Dal Lake and Jehlum River. Enroute, visit the handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina / Shahtoos shawls and carpets reckoned all over the world. In the evening back to Hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. Night halt at Hotel in Srinagar.

  • Hotspots Shankaracharya Temple, Shalimar Garden, Dal Lake
• Day 5 : In Sriangar - Day Excursion to Sonamarg

  After breakfast drive to Sonamarg. Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’. The Sonamarg lies in fast flowing Sindh Valley “largest Tributary of Kashmir” On arrival at Sonamarg, you can opt for a pony ride to the Natural Thajiwas Glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). In the evening back to Srinagar and Stay in Houseboat.
  Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Sonomarg car stand. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies by your own payment basis.

  After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with memorable experience of Aala Tours & Travels.

Payments

• Tour Instructions & Facilities

  • Our Food: During the tour we will provide delicious, pure vegetation breakfast.
  • Hotels/House boats: Though we have published the name to the hotels/house boats for your tour, we reserve the flight to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances, when we may have to provide alternative, similar accommodation, for which no refund shall be allowed. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-im/check-out time of the hotels/house boats.
  • Luggage:  During the entire tour (Except for the Air journey) our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims to be made.
  • Our Tour Manager:
  • You are requested to co-operate with our tour manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Allotment of rooms, selection of daily food menu is the duty of the tour manager and passengers should not interfere in these matters. Passengers indulging in unwanted hindrance, in the smooth operation of the tour or quarreling with the manager shall be asked to leave the tour at that spot and shall not be given any refund for the same.

  Complaints during the tour:

  • If the passenger have any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately at 0-9419028000 so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.

  Bookings and Cancellations:

  • You may confirm your bookings in our tour by paying deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. Balance payment shall be paid on the first day of the tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount he/she be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded. If due to some reason we cancel the tour, we pay full refund of the deposit amount. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he/she have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under;
  • From the booking date till 9 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • From 5 days to 9 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • From 3 days to 5 days prior to departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
