Into the Woods: Shimla - Manali - Kasol Tour

We'll start our journey from Delhi in the evening. Board the evening Volvo to Shimla. Overnight journey to Shimla.

Reach Shimla in the morning from where you’ll be transferred to your hotel in private vehicle. Check-in at the hotel and have some rest. In afternoon after some leisure, head to Jakhu Temple – a very well-known temple situated at the top of the hill to seek blessings of the almighty. An hour long enthralling trek takes you to the renowned temple known for stunning vistas and presence of numerous monkeys. Now head to the bustling mall & indulge in a shopping spree. Also explore the Ridge and the State Museum for a quick and interesting peep into the city’s history and culture. Return to hotel in evening for dinner and overnight stay.*Note - You can opt for Rope Way from Church Road to Jakhu temple (300 INR per person which you need to pay on the spot) otherwise you can go on foot if you want to.

After breakfast and some leisure, we’ll head to Kufri. Follow the jungle trails of Kufri. You can try a lot of recreational activities over there like Horse riding, Rock climbing, ATV ride, etc. (on your own) Now head to Mashobra, explore the serenity of the location. Return to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Check-out the hotel after breakfast and drive your way to Manali in private vehicle. Enroute visit the Kullu market which is famous for its handicrafts and shawls. Collect some souvenirs and head to Manali. Reach Manali by late evening. Check-in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.*Optional – River rafting in Beas River at Kullu (you can pay on the spot)

If the weather is clear & wind is with us, head to Solang Valley to experience ethereal serenity while sailing in air above the ground, enjoy the bird’s eye view of Manali from height on a glider. The plains give us a great opportunity for zorbing and ATV ride (All-Terrain Vehicle). Feel the high of being at 4800m and enjoy the hot cup of tea and maggi, sure it does taste different. After all the adventurous activities, head back to Manali for overnight stay at the hotel.*Note – Cab and permit to Rohtang Pass is chargeable extra. Driver will collect permit 1 day prior if you wish to visit Rohtang and you can pay on the spot.

After breakfast and some leisure take a tour of the local market of Manali, visit the old Hidimba temple, Vasistha Temple and take a ride of the Yak if you want to. Explore the Manali main market just so that you don’t miss out on the mall road experience which every tourist craves for. Basically, do the touristy stuff and rest so the basic checklist is cleared off! Now drive your way to Kasol. Enroute visit the Kullu market which is famous for its handicrafts and shawls. Reach Kasol in the evening. Check-in at the hotel nearby Parvati River followed by a scrumptious dinner. *Optional – camps can be arranged instead of rooms if you want to.

Check-out the hotel after breakfast and take a tour of the famous Parvati valley covering Kasol, Jari and head to Manikaran Gurudwara to take a dip into the hot water springs. Have the langar feast at Gurudwara and spend some time in the serenity of Parvati valley. In afternoon, cab will drop you at Volvo bus stand. Board the evening Volvo back to Delhi. Overnight journey to Delhi.
