Asia Hiking Team an only one trekking agency who operate the Island and Lobuje Peak climbing from Chhukum or Dingboche. The other trekking agencies also give us to operate the climbing trip. In the peak season from Sep. For Dec. and March to June always our guide stays in Dingboche. We will collect all the necessary documents and insurance from Kathmandu office. You can directly meet the guide whenever you are in Dingboche and start the trip to base camp continues summit. The Asian Hiking Team have all climbing gear store in Dingboche so you do not need to carry heavy gears from Kathmandu. Our guide checks your equipment in Dingboche than start your trip to base camp. During the season time our tented Camping is in Island peak base camp with all necessary kitchen and camping equipment.
Day 01: Dingboche or Chhukum to Island Base Camp
Day 02: Island Base Camp to Summit and overnight base camp.
Day 03: Island Base Camp to Dingboche or your own itinerary.Meals and accommodation except camping.

Trekking to Island Peak Base Camp 5100m 3-5 hours
Today, we start our trekking to Island Base Camp 5100m 4 hours. Our staff choose best campsite and cook hot lunch. Climbing Sherpa give you the climbing preparation class and teach you how to handle if any difficulty. Overnight in tented camp.

Summit Day of Island Peak 6160m
The challenging day, we start very early to passing high camp reach to crampons point 4.30 hours. Fix crampons procedure to Island peak summits. On the summit, you can explore the giant mountains; Nuptse (7,879m), Lhotse (8,501m), Lhotse Middle Peak (8,410m) and Lhotse Shar (8,383m) make a semi circle in the north, the views of Makalu (8475m) in the east, Baruntse and Ama Dablam in the south. Returning to Base camp overnight in tented camp.

Trekking to Dingboche 4410m
Today is our climbing trip ending day so after hot breakfast return same way to Chhukum then continues your own way trekking.

The Asian Hiking Team does not accept a part of trip fee at the end of your trip. All the trip fees are required to be fully paid before your trip start. You need to pay 25 percent down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Payments are wired by bank transfer, credit card (close for a moment), western union, money grams. Please, use any ways of transfer according to your convenience. As regards to the rest of your trip fees, you pay after your arrival in Kathmandu.
