Welcome to Tel Aviv! Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Check in to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner. Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Today, depart Tel Aviv and drive along the coastal plain to Caesarea, capital of Judea under the Romans. Visit the excavations of the ancient city, the Roman Theater and Aqueduct. Continue to Megiddo, recognized as the site of Armageddon. View the archaeological excavations including the well-preserved water supply system. Drive to Haifa and view the Persian Gardens at the Bahai Shrine before continuing to Acre to visit the ancient city and harbour. Continue to Kibbutz Lavi.
Overnight in Kibbutz Lavi.

Today proceed on a short tour of Tiberias, enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee; Visit Yigal Alon Museum where the “Jesus Boat”, an ancient fishing boat from the 1st Century, is displayed. Take a boat ride to Capernaum. Visit the remains of a 2nd century synagogue. Then proceed to Tabgha, the site of the Miracle of Loaves and Fish. Then, visit the Church of the Multiplication with its 4th century mosaic floor. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, the place where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Drive to the Banias Springs and waterfalls. Later tour the Golan Heights. Return to Kibbutz.

Today drive to Nazareth via Cana of Galilee. Visit the Church of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Workshop and Mary’s well. Drive to Yardenit, the place where the Jordan River exits the Sea of Galilee, and Baptism Place. Continue to Beit Shean, a newly excavated city, and visit the Roman Theater.
Overnight in Jerusalem.

Drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the City. Visit the Church of All Nations, King David’s Tomb and the Room of Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter the walls of the Old City and visit the Herodian Cardo, Temple Mount (entrance to the mosques not included), Western Wall, Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and Oriental Bazaar. Visit the Garden Tomb.
Overnight in Jerusalem.

Drive to Ein Karem to visit the Church of Visitation, then proceed to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the holocaust. Visit the Israel museum, the shrine of the book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed and the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the second temple period. Proceed to Bethlehem to visit the Church of Nativity.

Drive to Qumeran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls where found. Visit the ancient city of Qumeran and drive along the shore of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, to Massada, the last stronghold of the Jews after the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. Ascend Massada by cable car and visit the food storeroom, water irrigation system and Herod’s Palace. Descend by cable car. Time and weather permitting, you will get an opportunity to float on the Dead Sea. Overnight in Jerusalem.

After breakfast, get transferred from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv for departure to your next destination or back home.
