Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival

Arrive Kathmandu. You will be met by our office representative at Tribhuvan International airport in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 2

Kathmandu Valley

Pashupatinath Temple

Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley includes , visit to Pashupatinath Temple , Boudhanath and Budhanilkantha. Overnight at hotel. The necessary process for visa will be done same day.
Day 3

Kathmandu To Lhasa

fly Kathmandu to Lhasa,3650 m (70 kms). Upon arrival. Meet and assit to Lhasa city, check in Hotel. Balance will be at leisure for altitude. Overnight in Hotel Kyichu or similar.
Day 4

Kathmandu

This day is reserved to acclimatize to the conditions. This is done with the intention of acquainting the Yatrees on the harsh weather conditions.
Day 5

Drive To Shigartse

Drive to Shigartse via Gynatse, 4920m. 350km. enroute visit Yamdruk lake and Karola glacier. Overnight stay in Shigatse Hotel.
Day 6

Drive To Saga

Drive to Saga, 460km. overnight in Saga Hotel.
Day 7

Mt.kailash And Manasarovar Lake

Drive to holy Mt.Kailash and Manasarovar lake. Yatrees will halt at the guest house on the banks of the lake Manasarovar.
Day 8

Manasarovar Lake

Yatrees can perform Hawan and Puja on the banks of Manasarovar lake.
Day 9

Manasarovar

This day marks the beginning of the walking around the sacred mountain of Kailash also known as “Parikrama”. The Yatrees would be taken from Diraphuk (base camp for Kailash manasarovar Yatrees) to Yamadwar in a vehicle for 7 kms. Those Yatrees who cannot undertake the arduous Parikrama can stay back at Diraphuk. Yatrees can walk or opt for Yak or horse during the Parikrama. Yatrees can witness the magnificient Northern view of Kailash Parvat and the beautiful sunset. Overnight stay at the mud house.
Day 10

Dolma La Pass

Parikrama continues on this day, this is one of the toughest days for the Yatrees, as they have to trek up to Dolma La pass and Gowri Kund (which is 5,630 metres above sea level). Light lunch will be provided on the way. We will arrive at Zuthulphuk in the evening. Overnight stay the mud house for a well deserved rest.
Day 11

Saga

Drive back to Saga . Overnight at Saga hotel.
Day 12

Shigatse

We continue drive to Shigatse, overnight stay at Shigatse Hotel.
Day 13

Tashilunphu Monastery

AM visit the Tashilunphu monastery, after lunch, drive back to Lhasa. 270km. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 14

Lhasa

transfer to airport and fly back to Ktm.
Day 15

Departure

Departure from Kathmandu.
