Kanha National Park and Tiger Reserve in the Mandla and Balaghat districts of Madhya
Preadesh in India. In the 1930s Kanha areas was divided into two sanctuaries . Hallon and
Banjar, of 250 and 300 Km2 Kanha National Park was created on June 1 1955. Other
commonly seen animals in the park include the spotted deer, sambar, barking deer and the four-horned deer. Black buck buck Nilgai can still be seen near the Sarahi Gate, while the Indian Wolf once commonly seen at Mocha is a rare sight now. Hyena and sloth bear are seen occasionally. Langurs and wild boars are common, but the pugnacious rhesus macaque is seen less often. Nocturnal animals like fox, hyena, jungle cat, civets, porcupine, ratel or honey badger and hares can be Seen outside the park confines. Reptiles like pythons, cobras, krait, rat snakes,
vipers, keelbacks and grass snakes are nocturnal animals, and are therefore rarely seen. There are many species of turtles as well as amphibians found in or near the water bodies. The nearest airport to Kanha National Park is Nagpur(280)kms. By train Jabalpur is the nearest Railway
stiaon. By road from Jabalpur –Kislis 165 km s via Chiraidongri, and Mukki is 203 kms.

Day 1 Jabalpur

Pick up from Jabalpur station transfer to Kanha forest. Check in Kanha Jungle Lodge. Evening relax over night at Kanha forest.
Day 2 Jungle Lodge Kanha

Morning and afternoon game drives, meals and overnight at Jungle Lodge Kanha.
Day 3 Bandavgarh

Morning game drive after breakfast depart for Bandavgarh 250 kms 6 hrs drive carry packed lunch, evening relax overnight Jungle lodge/Resort Bandavgarh.
Day 4 Bandavgarh

Morning and afternoon game drive of Bandavgarh. Overnight at Jungle Lodge/resort.
Day 5 Satna Railway Station

Morning after breakfast check out from resort and transfer to Kahuraho airport/
Satna railway station.
