Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Srinagar, you will visit Mogul Garden "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. Overnight at the Srinagar Hotel.

After Breakfast transfer to the Doodhpathri.

Doodhpathri Description - A tourist destination and hill station located in Budgam district of Jammu & Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 8,957 ft from sea level, and located at a distance of 42 km from state summer capital Srinagar.
It lies in a bowl shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957 ft), above sea level. It is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. The natural meadows, which are covered with snow in winter, allow the growth of wild flowers such as daisies, forget-me-nots and butter cups during spring and summer.

Getting there: Doodhpathri is easily accessible from Srinagar city or Srinagar Airport (SXR), in less than 2–3 hours from car or bus

After breakfast leave with for Sonamarg. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg – 84 Kms its also called as “The meadow of gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer, Return hotel back for Dinner and overnight at Srinagar.

Pony owners have a strong hold in Gulmarg and Pahalgam and restrict our vehicles travelling in these two villages. Guests have to listen to the instructions of the Drivers/ TMs and/or local guides in dealing with the locals.

Transfer to Pahalgam.
Enroute Mattan Temple & Awantipura Ruins - The 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Awantipura was founded by king Avantivarman. The site has two temples. The larger one, Shiva-Avantishvara, is marked by massive walls some half a mile beneath the town on the outskirts of village Jaubror. The subsidiary shrines are to the rear corner of the courtyard. But the complex has, over the years, lost its grandeur and has been reduced to ruins, though it is still visited by the devout.
Description about Pahalgam: Pahalgam is one of the famous Tourist attraction tourist attractions and a favourite place for shooting of Bollywood films, and is still a health resort. Besides tourist huts, several hotels in the private sector have come up here and these hotels provide modern facilities to their guests.

Morning after having a leisurely breakfast, proceed for the local sightseeing of Pahalgam
Optional / Own arrangements/ Direct Payment basis / (Only local taxis are permitted for this sightseeing) - Later embark on an excursion to Chandanwari (3288 meters), Betaab Valley and Aru Valley. Surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks and dense pine and deodar forests, this valley is the mouth of River Sheshnag.

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed towards the Gulmarg .
Description about Gulmarg: The valley of Gulmarg, a large meadow about 3-sq-kms in area, stands at 2,730 metres, 56-km south west of Srinagar. The name means ‘Meadow Of Flowers’ and in the spring it’s just that, a rolling meadow dotted with countless colourful Bluebells, Daisies, Forget Me Not’s and Buttercups.
