On your arrival in Jammu Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the
Airport / station it is a minimum of 3 Hours drive to the holy town of Katra. After an early morning breakfast we will begin with a short drive to the base of the trek from where we will begin our trek. The ascent is good and you will be meeting a lot of co-pilgrims on their way up. Situated at a distance of 12 kilometers, the pilgrimage will take a whole day coming and going which also includes brief stops for rest. A popular belief holds that anybody who walks this Himalayan trail to her abode to ask for a boon rarely go back disappointed. After paying your obeisance in front of the deity, you will trek downhill and reach your hotel for a welcome period of rest and relaxation. Overnight in hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our day journey towards Pahalgam. The route traverses through the picturesque mountain resort of Patnitop where we stop for a brief rest over a cup of tea / coffee. From Patnitop we will drive to Ramban that also serves as our next stop for lunch. From Ramban we will drive to Banihal and enter the 2.5 kilometer long Jawahar tunnel that connects the valley of Kashmir with the rest of India. We will emerge from the other side to a warm sunny afternoon and continue our drive towards Pahalgam. On arrival in Pahalgam, we will check in at the hotel and stay there for the night. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you can opt to spend your half a day of sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows (Of Your Own Cost). After your return from the beautiful meadows, you will be driven back to Srinagar. In Srinagar you will check in at the houseboats for your overnight stay. Overnight in Deluxe houseboats.

Today we will do some half a day of Local Sightseeing of famous Mughal Gardens With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, paint-box-bright flowerbeds with the panorama of the Dal in front of them - the three Mughal Gardens of Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors' concept of paradise and are today very popular places for picnics and excursions. In the Afternoon visit Jamia Masjid, Hazratbal Shrine and Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our country side day trip towards Gulmarg. Enjoy the Gondola (Cable car) ride which is highest in Asia. It has 2 phases. The first stage transfers from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley. The second stage of the ropeway, which has 36 cabins and 18 towers, takes skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m(13,780 ft)). In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar where we can take a walk along the banks of the Dal Lake or simply rest in the cosy rooms of our hotel. Dinner and Overnight in hotel.

We begin our second day with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg. The route towards Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque country side drive where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields. We will zoom past the town of Kangan which handles all the local needs of this region. From Kangan, we will drive towards Mammar, famous for its trout farm and stopover for a warm cup of tea before we head towards Sonamarg. We will once again alight from our vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sindh and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonamarg we will take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwass glacier. After our return we will visit the small town market for some snacks or just pay a visit observing the local people going with their daily routine. We will drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to Hotel for our overnight stay.
