Day 1 Srinagar Arrival/local Sightseeing Of Srinagar

Dal LakeShalimar BaghNishat BaghMughal GardensChashme Shahi

On Arrival at Srinagar Airport meet our representative and he will assist to transfer you to Srinagar hotel. Check inn in hotel, take some rest, and later we will do local sightseeing of Srinagar which includes Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Cheshmashahi, Pari Mahal and Shankar Acharya). All these gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background. Later return back to hotel to enjoy dinner and an overnight stay. Nishat Bagh (Abode of Pleasure) Nishat Bach is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake which was built by Asif Khan, brother in law of Emperor Jahangir in 1632 AD. It is the largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley. 'Nishat Bagh' is Urdu word, which means "Garden of Joy”, "Garden of Gladness" and "Garden of Delight”. Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) Shalimar Bagh is a royal Mughal Garden, also known as Abode of love was built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife Emperor’s Noor Jahan. Chashma Shahi Chashme Shahi or Chashma-i-Shahi, also called Chashma Shahi, is one of the Mughal gardens built in 1632 AD around a spring by Ali Mardan Khan, a governor of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as per the orders of the Emperor, as a gift for his elder son Prince Dara Shikoh. Pari Mahal Pari Mahal, also known as The Palace of Fairies, is a seven-terraced garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range, overlooking the city of Srinagar and the south-west of Dal Lake in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir. Shankar Acharya Temple The Shankarachariya Temple is also known as the Jyeshteshwara Temple. It is on top of the Shankarachariya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar.

Day 2 Sonamarg Day Trip Or Gulmarg Day Trip

Thajiwas Glacier

After breakfast enjoy your full day excursion to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonamarg which is 2,730 meters above sea level. One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonamarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. Thajiwas Glacier is situated at a distance of 3 km from Sonamarg and can be easily reached on foot. Thajwas Glacier is just half an hour walk from Sonamarg town in Kashmir. It is the main tourist attraction of this beautiful town. The glacier can be reached after sightseeing of Sonamarg. In the Evening return back to Srinagar to enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Hotel. OR After breakfast leave from hotel towards Gulmarg. Full day tour of Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and Skiing during the winter season. Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. Stroll leisurely or take pony rides (by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf Course. A must is a fun-filled ride in the Gondola lift (by your own payment). Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3 Pahalgam Day Trip

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Pahalgam. On the way we visit to (saffron field, Awantipura temple (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu which was built by King Awantiverman), Apple field, Martand temple, and Anantnag sulphur springs). Drive through pine forests. Arrive in Pahalgam and later we will visit Betab Valley, Chandanwari. Feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of Mountains. Later return back to srinagar houseboat, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay. Betaab Valley Betaab valley is situated at a distance of 15 kilometers from Pahalgam in Anantnag district in India's northernmost UT of Jammu and Kashmir. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation. This valley got its name after the shooting of Bollywood Movie Betaab. Chandanwari Chandanwari, located 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) from Pahalgam is the starting point of the Amarnath yatra that takes place every year in the months of July–August.

Day 4 Departure

Today morning after breakfast check out from Houseboat and we will assist you with the transfers to Srinagar airport to fly back to your home town with sweet memories of the life time trip.

If at the time of operation the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case we will book similar or the next best alternate available. In accordance we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any. Vehicle is available as per the itinerary and will not beat disposal unless mentioned in the package inclusions Charges applicable on any extra kilometres or hours can be paid directly to the transport vendor.
Sightseeing Note:- Please be informed that commercial & private vehicle are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage Of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam due to local union restriction at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicle can be booked by us or directly on spot for internal mentioned places. Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to be booked directly on spot in Case of heavy snow. Please Read other information column for rate idea at particular places.
Travel Note:- Travellers coming/Going by Road via Jammu - Srinagar National highway. Keep this noted that sometime due to bad Weather, Traffic rules, Gov. Orders The road gets closed due to landslides or we have One Way traffic due to traffic rules, Govt orders. Travelers coming on these days have to understand the situation & Adjust in the given alternate accommodations at perspective places .Whole tour plan can be shuffled due to road closer but we will try to make most of the tour to be completed as per itinerary. In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any lost. Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned the Hotel’s cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishap any road Accident during the tour.
The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed under any circumstances.
The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in the
Vehicle during the tour (In this case no refund will be given).
Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included
Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc.
Games is not included.
Clearance of full package payment is mandatory before 2nd day of the trip start, else agent is liable to hold the service or to take any legal action.
If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand cancelled.
The agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour. Travel/Medical insurance not included.
Fees / Charges related to any tourist permit is not included apart from the charges mentioned in the inclusion service.
A personal medical kit is not included.
Expenses for personal nature are not included.

Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishap during tour, Any road accident during the tour, regarding permits, inner line permit for Leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to national parks any state or borders or places closed due to some unrelated activities.
Regarding payments & refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions, above package offered by the agency o any personal loss) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in the agency registered jurisdiction only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have
Concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras are to be paid directly to the
Hotels/the service providers.
Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.) Any service unused is non-refundable
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable
Fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion Whether to take service or not.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
If you are willing to postpone your date of travel due to any reason we will provide free postponement but season rate difference may attract & will be shared accordingly.
If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all payments paid will be forfeited.
Delay or Miss in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of booking with Zero Refund. (You can Inform the management in case of any worst scenario before your payment date).
In case of any unforeseen circumstances we will try to provide our best But Tempest Treks will not be held responsible for any undelivered services due to this.
Delay in final payment on arrival or as per scheduled date might lead to termination/Halt of services until payment Clearance.
In case Traveller turns out COVID-19 Positive, Cancellation will attract as per policy shared above.
In case of any Damage to Hotel/Houseboat/Taxi done by the traveller Tempest Treks will not be held responsible for anything, same compensation should be made directly.

Gondola Phase 2 (Kungdoori to Aparwath) tickets can be pre-booked at INR 950 per
Person (subjected to availability/ River Rafting at Lidder river/Sindh River available at (May -Sep) INR 1000 per person.
