CHECK LIST FOR THE CHARDHAM YATRA

Please carry a photo Id and proof of the address along with you.
Do carry sufficient light woolens from May to Aug and heavy woolens from Sept to Nov.
Carry good walking shoes: - canvas or sport shoes
If you wish you can carry dry eatables with you like biscuits, snacks and chocolates etc.
Always hire registered pony, kandi and porter.
Move slowly and steadily and give the driver enough time for rest.
Please carry umbrella/ Rain coat and one torch.
Carry sufficient money to pay for your personal expenses.
It is advisable to carry your own personal medical kit.
Avoid carrying heavy jewelry during the Yatra.
Don’t use soap while bathing/ washing clothes in the river.
Don’t throw wrappers/poly bags on the road or in the forest during the journey.
Don’t carry poly bags as it is banned in Uttarakhand.

Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Delhi-Haridwar (230 km/5-6hr)

    Har Ki Pauri

    Pickup from the Delhi railway station and Drive to Haridwar on arrival check in to the hotel and after refreshment visit Mansa Devi or Chandi Devi and in Evening attain holy Ganga Aarti in Har Ki Pauri ghat and later back to hotel dinner overnight stay in Haridwar.

  • Day 2

    Haridwar – Guptkashi (203 kms/6-7hr)

    After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to straight Guptkashi on arrival by evening check in to the hotel and after refreshment taking rest and dinner overnight stay in Guptkashi.

  • Day 3

    Guptkashi –Sonprayag (30kms by road)-Gorikund- Kedarnath (14 km by Treek one side)

    Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to sonprayag from sonpryag drive to Gauri Kund by local transport at own cost, on arrival Gaurikund, Trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (14 Km)(can also use poni, ghori, doli for trek by own cost). Reaching in Kedarnath premises, check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Hotel. ( In Kedarnath Hotel food will not include in the Package)

    Morning after breakfast drive to Helipad on arrival, taking boarding passes and later fly for Kedarnath Helipad on arrival Kedarnath helipad go to temple by walk in after reaching check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Kedarnath

  • Day 4

    Kedarnath-Guptkashi (By Same route)

    Kedarnath Temple

    Early morning visit to Kedarnath Temple and check out from the hotel and back to sonprayag via gorikund by trek and From sonprayag drive to Guptkashi by transport, back to hotel and overnight stay in Guptlkashi.

  • Day 5

    Guptkashi – Joshimath-Pandukeswar/Govindghat –Badrinath (218 kms/7-8hr)

    Morning Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath and visit Narsingh Dev Temple after that back to Badrianth on arrival check in to the hotel after refreshment visit Badrivishal and dinner overnight stay in Badrianth.

    Badrinath – Panchprayag –Rudraprayag/Srinagar (155 km/5-6 hr)

    Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Later after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar via visit Panchprayag on arrival Srinagar Check in to the Hotel dinner overnight stay in Srinagar.

    Srinagar-Rishikesh– Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun (130km/3-4 hr)

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

  • A/c will not work in car on Hilly areas.(In Chardham Sector)
  • In case of any uncertain/unwanted circumstances like bad weather or land slide etc. Company will reschedule the itinerary accordingly. But, in that case guest has to pay for extra expenses like food, accommodation, car rental for extra days or anything which is already booked/ arranged by the company.
  • Company is not responsible If there will be any kind of fault such as electricity or water inside the Hotel Premises.(Hotel Manager will be resolved the problem)
  • After Confirming Helicopter tickets, company is not responsible for any kind of discrepancy happened from the end of the Aviation Company. Like cancellation due to bad weather etc.
  • Extra expenses other than the planed itinerary will be bear by the client at their own. Such as medical related problem, extra meal in between journey or whatever is not mentioned in the itinerary, Hotels other than booked one.
  • Sightseeing which are out of the way of Chardham Yatra will cost extra.
  • All extras (F&B and any other services) availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis.
  • In case of odd number groups, the extra person shall be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed / mattress.
  • The above rates are applicable to the Indian Nationals only.
  • In Rishikesh, Green card permit will be taken from Uttrakhand Govt. the time may vary depending upon crowd there hill taking the permit.
  • Any Meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.

  • As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/ Adhar Card /Voter ID card/Passport/ at the point of check in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

For the booking confirmation kindly deposit 40% of advance payment against the Company Account before tour started and the rest 60% of amount must be paid at the time of tour started. Confirmation voucher will be generated after advance payment

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person;
Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
Cancellations between 20 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention;
Above policy may vary during peak season
