Package Overview

Maasai Mara Park Regulations:
Road safaris
All departures by road should exit the National Reserve no later than 10:00 hrs. Any departure after 10:00 hrs will attract an extra day’s park fees or any penalty which will be payable directly.

Optional Extras on Safari: (to be pre-booked)
Maasai Village visit USD 30 per person to be paid directly
Flying doctors coverage: USD 35 per person (Covers clients within East Africa for a period of 30 days. In the eventuality of a medical emergency, they will be airlifted to Nairobi where they will be taken to a good hospital. Hospital bills are born by the patient).
Bush Breakfast & Sundowner are to be paid for & booked directly at the lodge.
Lunch on the last day is to be paid for directly.
Pre or Post night in Nairobi in a 4-star hotel on B&B with transfers: Adults USD 150 and Child USD 100
Fly Mara to Nairobi one way: From Adults: USD 300 per person, From Children: USD 240 per person (15kg luggage allowance on all light aircraft) with transfers.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi - Amboseli (Approx 215km / 4 hrs drive)

  Met on arrival and you shall proceed southeast towards Kenya’s second most famous park, Amboseli National Park. Arrive at the lodge for lunch and have an afternoon game drive. Spend the rest of the evening taking the spectacular views offered by Amboseli. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

• Day 2 : Amboseli

  We depart for an early morning game drive. We shall return to the lodge for breakfast and have some relaxing time at the lodge. Have lunch at the lodge, followed by another amazing afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge in the late evening and the rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

• Day 3 : Amboseli - Naivasha - (Approx 325km / 6 hrs drive)

  After early breakfast, by 7 am we depart for Naivasha. You shall proceed towards the Rift Valley and head to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Along the way, you can have a quick photo stop at the Rift Valley View Point. Arrive for lunch, upon check-in, the afternoon will be at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. An optional boat ride on the lake is available (supplementary cost)

• Day 4 : Naivasha - Maasai Mara (Approx 280km / 5 hrs drive)

  After an early breakfast, at 7:30 am we will depart for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at the lodge, have lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge or Mara Serena Safari Lodge. (Optional of Sundowner at supplement cost)

• Day 5 : Masai Mara - Unlimited Game Drive

  Enjoy an early morning safari game drive (optional with a packed breakfast or come back to the lodge for breakfast) or An early morning balloon safari over the Mara followed by a bubbly bush breakfast (optional extra, supplement cost to apply). Arrive at the lodge for a hot lunch (or continue for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch). After lunch proceed on a late afternoon game-drive. Dinner and overnight at the Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge or Mara Serena Safari Lodge. (Optional to visit the Maasai Village, Bush Breakfast & Sundowner at supplement cost)

• Day 6 : Masai Mara - Nairobi - Homebound (Approx 250km / 5 hours drive)

  Early morning after breakfast depart for Nairobi (must be out of the Maasai mara by 10 am & no game drive). On arrival transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (Depending on your international flight time you can have an optional lunch at a supplement cost or fly one way from Mara to Nairobi at a supplement cost)
