Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival At Vaikom

  Welcome to God's own country.Pick up from Ernakulam railway station or Cochin airport and proceed to Vaikom.After relaxing and refreshing we will start treatment.
  
  Abhyangam (full Body Massage)
  
  A unique massage, which rejuvenates and balances the energies. Specific oils are selected according to your skin type and which dosha you want to balance. Improves circulation and reduces signs of aging.Nightstay at vaikom.

• Day 2 : Vaikom - Treatment

  The Pain Relief Therapy(Kizhi)
  
  Kizhi is a massage which uses small herbal pouches made of various herbs which are warmed in medicated oils. They are then used to massage the entire body or specific areas like the back, neck, shoulders, hands and joints.Nightstay at vaikom.

• Day 3 : Vaikom - Treatment

  Shirodhara
  
  This treatment is indicated for the diseases affecting brain. It involves pouring medicated oil (dhara) on the crucial points on forehead as prescribed by the Vedas. It provides cooling refreshment to your head recommended for stress, anxiety and sleeplessness.Nightstay at vaikom.

• Day 4 : Departure

  Morning after breakfast proceed to local sightseeing and then drop to railway station or airport on time with sweet and healthy memory.
