Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Chennai

  Upon arrival at Chennai our representative will transfer you to the hotel. In the afternoon go for a sightseeing tour of Chennai/Madras city. Sightseeing at Chennai includes the Kapaleeshwar temple, Sri Parthasarathy temple, the Santhome Cathedral Church, St. Thomas Mount, Fort St. George and a drive past Marina beach. Other attractions of Chennai are the BM Birla Planetarium, the National Art Gallery, the government museum and the Snake Park. Overnight will be at the hotel.

• Day 2 : : Chennai - Mahabalipuram

  Have your breakfast and go out for a full day excursion to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. Kanchipuram is famous for its magnificent temple architecture and silk. Sightseeing at Kanchipuram includes Sri Ekambaranathar Temple and Kamakshi Amman temple. Mahabalipuram is well known for the Shore temples, built by the Pallava rulers. Attractions at Mahabalipuram are Arjuna’s Penance, Shore Temples, Five Rathas and Mandapams. Return back to Chennai and spend the night at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Chennai - Madurai

  In morning transfer to airport to catch the flight for Madurai. Upon arrival at Madurai, our representative will assist you and later you will go for a sightseeing tour of Madurai. Madurai is an important cultural and commercial center of Tamil Nadu for centuries. A visit to the Chettiar Palace speaks volumes of the lifestyle of the former rulers. In the evening visit the Meenakshi temple to attend the "Aarti" ceremony. Stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Madurai - Periyar

  In the morning drive to Periyar and upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Periyar is well known for its wildlife and bird sanctuary. In the afternoon, you will go for sightseeing by boat over Lake Periyar to view the wildlife. Overnight will be at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Periyar - Kumarakom

  In the morning drive to the boat landing point from where you will ride a boat for Kumarakom. Find yourself in the lap of nature and spend rest of time at leisure. Kumarakom is a unique backwater destination, situated on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Kumarakom bird sanctuary is a favorite haunt of migratory birds from across the world, making it a renowned bird watching center. Overnight will be at the hotel.

  • Hotspots : Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Vembanad Lake

• Day 6 : Kumarakom - Cochin

  After breakfast you will go for a backwater cruise to Alleppey. Alleppey is one of the most beautiful places in Kerala. It's also known for its backwaters. The Palm fringed canals and shores, the lagoons, serene lakesides and long sandy beaches have blessed Alleppey as one of the best backwater tourism destinations in Kerala. On returning back from Alleppey, you will drive to Cochin. Upon arrival at Cochin, check in at the hotel. Overnight will be at Cochin.

• Day 7 : Cochin - Goa

  Morning sightseeing tour of Cochin follows. Main tourist attractions at Cochin are the Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, St. Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets and Bolgatty Palace. Later transfer to the airport in time for afternoon flight to Goa. Upon arrival at Goa, our representative will transfer you to hotel. Spend the night at hotel.

  • Hotspots : Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace

• Day 8 : Goa

  Goa is one of the most colorful and fascinating destinations in India. Go for a full day sightseeing tour of Goa. Besides the beaches, there are lots more to explore in Goa. You can go around the old mansions and Churches in Panaji and also visit the local market for shopping of Goan artifacts. Return back and spend the night at the hotel.

• Day 9 : Goa

  Have your breakfast and enjoy the day at leisure. Overnight will be at the hotel.

• Day 10 : Departure

  Enjoy your breakfast and relax. In the afternoon transfer to the airport for afternoon flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you from domestic to the International airport in time to connect flight for onward destination.
