Arrive Cochin Airport. On arrival meet & assist at Airport and then transfer to Hotel. After relaxation go for a half day sightseeing of Cochin, Visit the famous Dutch Palace - with its wonderful mural painting the entire story of the Ramayana in its walls, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St.Francis church, Chinese fishing net - are huge cantilevered fishing net & the indo-Portuguese Museum. Evening enjoy Kathakali Dance show at Cultural Center in Cochin. Overnight Cochin Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Free till noon time. Afternoon drive to MarariBeach Resort. Check-in at Resortand relax. Introduction with your Yoga & Meidation professional instructor and prepare yourselves for Yoga classes ( morning and evening sessions for about 90 minutes each session)- total – 7 sessions. After breakfast drive to Thrissur (Coconut Island) - Check –in at Island Resort - Coconut Island is a private and exclusive island guesthouse in the backwaters of Kerala, South India. The island is 150 meters from the shore in Canoli canal - a manmade canal built for navigation in 1848. There are no inhabitants in the island other than Brahminy Kites, Pond herons, Kingfishers, Owls and crabs. The island is a coconut plantation. Other than Coconut trees, there are mango trees, Gooseberry, Neem and a natural garden. The south end of the island is kept as a wild garden for birds. It has mango trees and some medicinal plants. The house is designed and built according to Vasthu - an ancient Indian knowledge of Architecture promising peace, prosperity and happiness to the inhabitants. It is in traditional kerala design with open veranda at all sides. The wooden pillars collected from old wooden houses supports the roof around the veranda. The sealing is done with Mahogany wood in traditional fashion. The backwaters around the island have brackish water. The water for Cooking, for bathroom and for watering plants comes by boat from the main land. So, we encourage you to use water carefully. Boiled water with cumin / other herbs are used for drinking. Bottled water is available for a price. Local ferry - There is a ferry by country boat which passes by the island in every 20 minutes. You are welcome to help the ferry man to row his boat with passengers. All meals will be served in Resort. Overnight Kerla island Resort in Thrissur.

Full day trip by Rice boat. 5 hours - 09.00 AM to 12.00 noon. & 01.00 PM to 03.00 PM. Includes visiting the Mangrove forests in Chettuva lake (Entering inside the forest is subject to high tide.), Enammave Kayal and Kandasaankadave. Tea and snacks: Rs 350 ( Rice Boat - Being pioneers of backwater tourism in Thrissur, with an experience of 24 years in backwater tourism in Kerala, we present the first, one and only original Kettuvallom Cruise in Thrissur with unmatched personal service. Large Kettuvallom of 45 feet length and 7.5 feet width is modified for comfortable cruise. The boat runs on Yamaha outboard engine. The roof is made of Bamboo, betelnut wood and bamboo mats. The boat has a capacity of 10 adults and has bathroom facility. The boat has 2 staff on board. The boat trip starts from Vettakkorumakan Kadave near Vettakkorumakan Temple in Engandiyoor Village, 21 kms from Thrissur (12 kms from Guruvayoor) and comes back to the same place. Safe parking facilities are provided here. The boat moves through calm, quite and scenic backwaters in fishermen villages to north or / and south of the boarding point. Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast at hotel drive to Alleppey to check into houseboat (180Kms-5 hrs drive) and overnight at houseboat.(Houseboat will move from 1200hrs noon to 1700 Hrs evening and morning 0600 Hrs to 0900 Hrs. and morning). Dinner & Overnight stay at Deluxe House boat.
