Machame Route is also referred to as the ‘Whisky Route’ is currently the most popular trail for those looking for challenge. Machame Hut 2980m ->> Shira 2 Hut > 7kms > 5-6hrs > Altitude gain 890m
Day 3

Shira 2 Hut 3840m ->> Moir > 5kms > 2-3hrs > Altitude gain 600m Acclimatization Lent Hills 4200m in the afternoon
Day 4

Moir Camp 4175m ->> Lava Tower Camp > 5kms > 3-4hrs > Altitude gain 465m Acclimatization Arrow Glacier 4800m in the afternoon
Day 5

Lava Tower 4640m ->> Karanga Camp 6kms > 6-7hrs > Altitude loss 677m
Day 6

Karanga Camp 3963m ->>Barafu Camp 4kms > 3-4hrs > gain 650m
