Day 1

Srinagar Arrival

Dal Lake Shalimar Garden

Arrive at Srinagar airport and transfer to Deluxe Houseboat at Dal Lake. Tour of Mughal garden visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring) and Shalimar garden (Abode of love). Evening ride by Shikara to visit Floating Gardens and inside of the Lake. Dinner & overnight stay at houseboat/ Hotel.
Day 2

Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (1½ hrs drive and 65 kms one way)

Full day trip to Gulmarg ;one of the most beautiful summer/winter resorts in the valley. One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs and to a lake, which remains frozen until June. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay at Houseboat /hotel.

Day 3

Srinagar – Kargil (202 Kms 08 Hrs)

Early morning depart for Kargil driving over Zojila pass, 3600 Mts. Kargil war memorable on way Upon arrival, check into a Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4

Kargil – Leh

Early Morning depart for Leh driving over Namkila Pass 3600 Mts and Fotila Pass 4000 Mts. Enroute visit Mulbek Chamba (Future Buddha Statue) and Lamayuru Monastery. stay in Hotel for overnight.

Day 5

Leh Sight Seeing

After breakfast drive for full day sightseeing of Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monastery & 3 idiots school. In the evening drive back to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6

Leh – Khardongla Pass – Leh ( 85 Kms, one way )

Day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Guineas Book of world Records. At the top, enjoy the beauty of snow capped mountains. In the late afternoon return to the Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7

Day Excursion to Pangong Lake ( 5- 6-hrs One Way )

Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast, travel to Pangong Lake via Shooting Point/ Spangmik. Pangong Lake is a salt water body of 120 km in length and 6 – 7 Km broad at the longest point. It is bisected by the international border between India & China (2/3 of the lake is in China’s possession). Visit the exact location of the famous movie “Three idiots”. Enjoy the outing along the banks of the lake and then drive back to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 8

Leh-Depart

After breakfast transfer to airport for onwards destination.
