6 days and 5 nights Ladakh tour starting and ending in Leh. The itinerary covers arrival and acclimatization in Leh, sightseeing around Leh including cultural and historical sites, a drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La with visits to Diskit and Hunder sand dunes, transfer to Pangong Lake via the Shyok route with a sunset at the lake, return to Leh via Chang La with stops at Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace, and final airport drop. Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via the high mountain pass Khardung La. The day includes a visit to Diskit Monastery followed by exploration of the Hunder Sand Dunes. Travel involves high altitude driving and time spent sightseeing in Nubra.
Drive from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake following the scenic Shyok route. The highlight of the day is reaching Pangong Lake in time to witness the sunset at the lake. The day is largely road travel with scenic stops en route.
Return drive from Pangong Lake to Leh crossing Chang La pass. The day includes visits to Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace en route or upon return to Leh, covering notable monasteries and historic sites.
Transfer to Leh airport for drop off and end of the tour. Departure formalities and transfer to the airport conclude the package.
