Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin

  You will be picking from Cochin Airport / Ernakulam railway station and take to the hotel. Spend the afternoon with local sightseeing in and around Cochin - the Queen of Arabian Sea, this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World and was one of the major centers for commerce and trade with British, Chinese, Portugese, Dutch, etc. Sightseeing attractions in Cochin include Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay is arranged in Cochin.

  • Hotspots : Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace

• Day 2 : Cochin - Munnar

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar (04 Hrs drive). On the way enjoy some waterfalls and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel will be arranged.

• Day 3 : Munnar Sight Seeing

  After breakfast spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.

• Day 4 : Munnar - Thekady

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (04 Hrs Drive), on arrival check into the hotel. Relax rest of the day or visit one spice plantation in evening (Optional). Overnight stay is at Thekkady.

• Day 5 : Thekady Sight S eeing

  After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

• Day 6 : Thekady - Kumarakam

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kumarakom. Check in to the hotel. Day is at leisure. Overnight stay is at your hotel.

• Day 7 : Kumarakam Sight Seeing

  Early morning around 6.00 AM proceed for bird sanctuary visit. After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing in and around Kumarakom - a tiny backwater hamlet perched on the western banks of the Vembanadu Lake. The stretch of backwater is spread over 900 sq. km. Choose a canoe, motor boat or houseboat and devour the beauty of this backwater paradise at its best. Overnight stay is arranged in Kumarakom.

• Day 8 : Kumarakam - Alleppey

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check in time is 01:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

• Day 9 : Departure

  After breakfast check out from the House Boat / Hotel and drive to Cochin Airport / railway station (depend on your departure place) for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God's Own Country.

Other Terms & Conditions :

• Hotels given in the website / offered in the quotation to you is provided to availability after the confirmation  of your initial payment.. If offered hotels are not available at that time, Noel  Holiday will book and give almost similar category hotels with your permission.


• Your accommodation is selected as per your budget.We do not have any hidden charges except your lunch and dinner.Breakfast to provide as complimentry.


• Any extra bed which are not mentioned have to be paid directly by guest as per hotel policy.


• All guests are requested to visit hotel websites or other sites for hotel reviews before giving permission to Noel Holiday for booking the hotels.


• Hotels once booked can be changed only as per the cancellation policy of hotels. All such cancellation charges will be charged to guest directly.


• In Deluxe a/c houseboats , a/c will be operated from 9 pm to 6 am in bed rooms.


• Check in time of houseboat is 12 noon and check out is at 9 am .Houseboat will not make cruise from 5.30 pm to 7.30 am


• All guests are requested to give menu to houseboat people one day in advance to enable them to prepare for your trip


• The service / quality complaints of houseboats , if any should be raised on that time itself, then only Noel  Holiday can correct the same.


• Normally vehicle is available from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. We never recommend night driving on safety point of view.


• On emergency cases /special cases we provide early / late driving, but it should be mentioned in the final itenary sent to you.


• Cancellation of all packages with the panel hotels ( listed in our websites ) is subjected to the cancellation policy of Noel  holiday , which is exhibited in the website. Cancellation of all other packages will be subjected to the policy of each hotels included in that package.


• Any unexpected Natural calamity , Strikes , Hartals etc are beyond the control of Noel Holiday , and Noel Holiday not responsible for the inconvenience due to this.
