The first dive at the Dive Resort on the day of arrival will be an orientation dive with a Divemaster. This is mandatory for all divers. Other jetty dives can be done under our unlimited jetty dives program.
3 boat dives are offered per day (except arrival and departure day), two in the morning and one in the afternoon.
There are 13 fiberglass dive boats, that can carry 10 divers each. Each boat goes out three times a day with a boatman and divemaster.
Dive site and diving schedule will be arranged at the discretion of the resort management.
Dive boats depart to dive sites every morning at 8.00 to 9.00 am and return to Sipadan-Mabul Resort around 4.00 pm in the evening. Divers will return to the resort for their meals after every dive.
Due to this limited quotas, the resort management will arrange only for divers who stay 6 nights at the resort to dive at Sipadan Island, but not on first come first serve basis. The fee for Entry Permit to Sipadan Island is MYR 40 per person per day. This entry permit fee has to be paid on the spot. However, if diving at Sipadan is not approved, alternative diving at nearby islands are offered such as Si Amil, Mataking and Ligitan where no restriction measure is imposed.
Strictly no diving on departure day if Guest leaving by plane.
