Maharashtra Beaches and Hills tour

On arrival at the Mumbai station/airport, our representative will receive you and drive you to your pre-booked hotel in the coastal town of Alibaug. Alibaugh is located in the Raigad district and was established by the Sarkhel Kanhoji Aangre, the naval army chief of Chhatrapati Shivaji’s kingdom in 17th Century. Don’t miss enjoying the panoramic view of the place from the car. On reaching your hotel, check-in and relax in your room. Later, we will take you to visit the famous Alibaug beach where you will enjoy the mild breeze and the crushing sounds of the waves. After spending some time on the beach, we will take you to the nearby Alibaugh fort, built by Chhatrapati Shivaji in 1680. Thereafter, you can either head back to your hotel or spend some more time on the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive you to the splendid Kashid Beach which is around 30 km from your hotel. Khasid beach is a perfect location for having fun with your family and friends. You also have an option of trying out the various water sports facilities available on the beach. Head back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Next morning, have a delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel. Thereafter, we will drive you to your next destination Mahabaleshwar, situated in the Satara district. Mahabaleshwar being a part of the Western Ghats range, lies at an altitude of about 1300 meters and is one of the main attractions of Maharashtra. During the British period, this hill station used to be a favorite of the Englanders. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax for some time. Later, we will take you for an excursion to Panchgani, a nearby scenic hill station. In Panchagani, you will get to visit the popular tourist attractions like Table Land Point and Sunset Point to behold the beauty of this breath-taking region. If you wish, you can also visit the Amusement park situated here. After completion of the tour, head back to the hotel in Mahabaleshwar for dinner and overnight stay.

Post breakfast, a guided ‘Mahabaleshwar sight-seeing tour’ awaits for you. In this sight-seeing tour, we will take you to the holy Mahabaleshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, where you can pray to the almighty along with thousands of devotees. Thereafter, we will drive you to the other tourist spots such as Eco point, Arthur Point and Parsi Point to enjoy wonderful vistas of the verdant valleys. You can also head to the famous strawberry farms located nearby. In the evening, you will visit the serene Venna Lake which was constructed in 1842. You can do some boat riding in the lake or enjoy a picnic with your friends or family. Plus, you can also take part in horse riding here! Return back to the hotel, after the tour for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, pack your things and complete all the check-out formalities. Our executive will transfer you to Mumbai from where you can continue your onward journey to your home.
