Payment Policy
Issued by Travel Book Karo (TBK Services)

1. Advance Payment
A minimum advance of 25%–50% of the total package cost is mandatory at the time of booking to initiate reservations.

For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

2. Balance Payment
The balance amount must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the travel date.

Failure to pay the balance on time may lead to cancellation of the booking, and the advance will be forfeited as per our cancellation policy.

3. Payment Methods Accepted
UPI / QR Code (Preferred for Speed & Simplicity)

Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

Credit/Debit Cards (Subject to 2–3% gateway fee)

Payment Gateways (PayU / Razorpay / Instamojo)

Cash Payments are only accepted at our registered office and must be acknowledged via official receipt.

4. EMI / Installment Option (If Applicable)
EMI or split payments are available for selected packages and clients only, and must be pre-approved in writing.

The full payment must be cleared before departure.

5. Invoicing & Taxes
GST (5%) is applicable on all travel bookings and will be included in the final invoice.

For international packages, 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory if applicable under Indian law. PAN & Aadhar details must be furnished.

6. Booking Confirmation
Booking is considered confirmed only after payment receipt and issuance of a booking voucher by Travel Book Karo.

All confirmations will be shared via email or WhatsApp from our official IDs.

7. Refunds for Payment Errors
In case of duplicate or excess payment, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after validation.

Refunds will be made to the original payment mode only.

1. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the minimum advance amount specified at the time of quotation.

Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour. No services will be delivered without full clearance of dues.

Travel Book Karo accepts payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and verified payment gateways. Any charges applicable (e.g., bank/card fees) shall be borne by the client.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing/email.

Standard Cancellation Charges:

30 days or more before departure: 10% of package cost

15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost

07–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost

Less than 7 days or no show: 100% of package cost

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, and no refunds are applicable for partially used services.

3. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Clients must carry valid government ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, etc.).

For international packages, valid passport and visa are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

TBK is not liable for any denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues due to client-related documentation errors.

4. TCS & GST Compliance
All international packages are subject to 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) under Section 206C (1G) of the Income Tax Act.

GST (5%) is applicable on all domestic and international packages.

PAN and Aadhar (as applicable) must be furnished by the client for TCS compliance.

5. Hotel & Service Policy
Hotel check-in/check-out as per standard policy (typically 12:00 noon or 2:00 PM check-in).

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Room category will be as per booking; any upgrade requests are chargeable and subject to availability.

Any damage to hotel property by the traveler will be charged directly.

6. Force Majeure Clause
Travel Book Karo shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, pandemic disruptions, political unrest, government orders, or any force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability Disclaimer
TBK acts as a facilitator between the traveler and various service providers (hotels, transporters, airlines). We are not liable for service deficiencies by third-party vendors.

No compensation shall be offered in case of delays or cancellations by airlines, transport providers, or any unforeseen event.

8. Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children below 5 years sharing bed with parents are typically complimentary (unless specified).

Extra bed or mattress shall be provided based on hotel policy and is chargeable.

9. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any date change or package modification post-confirmation is subject to availability and applicable charges.

Price differences due to seasonal rates, fuel surcharges, or taxes will be borne by the traveler.

10. Travel Insurance
Travel Book Karo strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. However, unless explicitly included in the package, it is not part of the standard offering.

TBK is not liable for loss, theft, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

11. Jurisdiction & Disputes
All disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon (Haryana) courts only.

By booking with Travel Book Karo, the traveler accepts all the above terms unconditionally.
