Rooms are confirmed only on advance payment.

Outside Food & Beverages are strictly not allowed on hotel premises.

Present valid photo Id proofs (photo copies) at the time of check in at the resort.

Foreign nationals to submit their photocopies of Passport & Visa as per the Goa Govt. rules.

Early chk/in and late chk/out will be subject to availability of rooms on extra charges.

No visitors will be allowed in the room after 6pm

Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.

No cancellation charges will be applied if cancelled 96 hours before Check-In time.( meaning 4 days prior ) One night retention will be applied if cancelled 72 hours before Check-In time. ( meaning 3 days prior ) 50% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 48 hours before Check-In time. ( meaning 2 days prior ) Full retention for No show or cancellation within 24 hours of Check-In time. No cancellation accepted for bookings from 25th December ’14 to 3rd January’15. No refund will be given and Full retention will be charged for this peak period.
