Balance amount must be paid 7 days before the tour start date.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
30 days before travel date: Full refund (after deducting service charge).
15–29 days before travel: 50% of the package cost will be deducted.
Less than 15 days / No-show: No refund.
Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Child Policy
Child below 5 years: Complimentary without extra bed.
Child between 5–11 years: 50% of adult package cost (with bed).
Above 11 years: Full adult package cost.
Hotel Policy
Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM, check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel’s availability & extra charge.
In case of non-availability of mentioned hotel, similar category hotel will be provided.
Transportation Policy
AC will not operate in hilly areas / during temple visits.
Vehicle will be provided strictly as per itinerary.
Extra usage beyond itinerary will be chargeable directly to guest.

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
