Thursday 27 August 2026. Travel day from Nairobi to Mauritius. Check in at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport JKIA in the morning, depart Nairobi aboard Kenya Airways flight KQ 270 at midday and arrive in Mauritius in the early evening. Arrival procedures and transfer to the hotel follow arrival. Key timings include 11.00hrs check in at JKIA, 12:00hrs departure from JKIA on Kenya Airways KQ 270 and 17:15hrs arrival in Mauritius.
Friday 28 August 2026. After breakfast transfer to the east coast Belle Mare Plage for a day at Ile Aux Cerfs. Enjoy optional water sport activities available at additional cost followed by a shuttle speedboat transfer to Ile Aux Cerfs island. The island is a picturesque 87 hectare island off the east coast known for white sandy beaches and turquoise lagoons. Free time on the island until 15:30 then return by speedboat and drive back to the hotel.
Saturday 29 August 2026. Scenic South full day tour. After breakfast leave the hotel and drive to the south of Mauritius to visit Grand Bassin The Sacred Lake and Lord Shiva temples including the unique 108ft Lord Shiva Statue. Continue through Plaine Champagne to the Valley of Colours to view the 23 coloured earth formation formed from volcanic activity. Optional adventure activities such as zip line and quad biking are available subject to availability. Afterwards proceed for shopping, stop at Floreal souvenir shops and diamond shops, visit the Model Ship Factory and Trou Aux Cerfs volcanic crater viewpoint and drive through the scenic town of Curepipe.
Sunday 30 August 2026. Final morning in Mauritius with a north island option then departure. After breakfast there is the option to drive to Port Louis for a city visit including the Citadel Fort, Champ de Mars race course, Le Caudan Waterfront and visits to Apravasi Ghat Museum and a tea factory. Later in the day check in at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International MRU at 16:00hrs, depart Mauritius on Kenya Airways flight KQ 271 at 18:05hrs and arrive back in Nairobi at 21:20hrs.
