Depart Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to Allenby Bridge or Sheikh Hussein crossing to Jordan. After processing the border arrangements then to Jerash, a city Decapolis located 45 kms north of Amman in the fertile heights of Gilead. Visit the remains of the ancient Roman city with its streets adorned with columns, theater, baths located on top of the hill, the Arc of Triomphe. Continue to Amman, the Jordanian capital, where a brief overview of the important points is performed. Overnight in Amman.
Amman - Petra - Amman
After breakfast leave the hotel very early in the desert road to Wadi Musa, Petra arrival. Walking tour through a gorge penetrating the ancient city of the Nabateans from the third century BC Visit the impressive carved pink rock monuments such as the treasure "The Khazne" (tomb of a Nabatean king), the tombs, obelisks and the altar (Al Madhbah). Return to Amman. Overnight in Amman.
Amman - Madaba - Mount Nebo - Allenby Bridge - Jerusalem / Tel Aviv
After breakfast, drive to Madaba to visit the ancient city and see the old Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land and ruins of historical sites. Continue about 10 kms to Mount Nebo, where Moses admired the Promised Land. From there we will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Jordan Valley, Jericho and the Dead Sea. Continue to the bridge and back to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
