Payment Terms & Methods :

* 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* If the booking is cancelled 15 days or more before the pickup date, a full refund (100%) will be provided. (Flat 1000/- Processing fees will be applicable)

* If the booking is cancelled between 8 to 14 days before the pickup date, 25% cancellation charges will apply.

* If the booking is cancelled between 3 to 7 days before the pickup date, 50% cancellation charges will apply.

* If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the pickup date, no refund will be provided.

* Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

* Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount.

* In case of peak season, long weekends, or special packages, separate cancellation policies may apply.
