Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Chennai - Vaitheeswaran Kovil - Kumbakonam

  Pick-up from Chennai Airport / Railway station. Fresh up and proceed to Vaitheeswaran Kovil (275 kms. / 4 Hrs.) Visit Angaraka Temple (Angaraka / Mars), Thiruvenkadu Temple (Buddha / Mercury), Kezhaperumpallam Temple (Kethu) - Kumbakonam (56 Kms). Overnight Stay at Kumbakonam.

• Day 2 : Kumbakonam

  After Breakfast Visit Thirunallar Temple (Shani / Saturn), Alangudi Temple (Guru / Jupiter), Thingaloor Temple (Chandra / Moon), Suriyanaar Kovil (Surya / Sun) and back to Kumbakonam. Overnight Stay at Kumbakonam.

• Day 3 : Kumbakonam - Swamimalai - Kumbakonam

  Kumbakonam - Swamimalai - Murugan Temple (One of the six abodes of Subramanya Swamy Temple), Thirunageswaram Rahu Temple - (Rahu) and Kanchanur Temple (Sukra / Venus) and back to Kumbakonam. Overnight Stay at Kumbakonam.

• Day 4 : Kumbakonam - Chidambaram - Pichavaram - Pondicherry

  After breakfast check out the hotel departure to Pondicherry (135 kms. / 3 hrs.). Enroute visit Chidambaram - Lord Natarajar Temple. The cosmic dancer (Lord Shiva), Pichavaram - A place of rare scenic beauty with its serene Back waters. Transfer to Hotel. Local visits Arabindho Ashram, Ganesh Mandir, and enjoy the evening in the Beach. Overnight Stay at Pondicherry.

• Day 5 : Pondicherry - Mahabalipuram - Chennai

  After breakfast Check-out from Hotel and departure to Chennai (162 Kms. / 3.5 Hrs.). Enroute visit Mahabalipuram, Visit Krishna’s Butter Ball, Pallavas Pancha Ratha’s, Arjuna Shillanyas, and Seashore Temple & Muttukadu Boating. Later transfer to Chennai.
