Day 1

MUMBAI TO GORAKHPUR AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION

Day 2

ARRIVAL AT GORAKHPUR AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION -LUMBINI-CHITWAN (230 KM 6 HOURS)

Arrival at Gorakhpur after fresh up (If you needed) in hotel or Gorakhnath math (Personal exp @200 Rs per person in hotel)) then darshan of Gorakhnath math after that’s move to Chitwan enroute approx. 3 hours’ drive we will reach Lumbini here we will enjoy Lumbini sight seen (Maya devi Pond, Royal Thai ministry, China and Vietnam ministry, World peace pagoda, World peace bell) by tuktuk/Battery auto (Own exp) After that’s drive to Lumbini approx. 3 to 4 hours’ drive we will reach Chitwan. Upon arrival at Chitwan check inn hotel in evening @7 Pm you can enjoy tharu dance show (if time allowed) then relax in hotel

Day 3

CHITWAN- MANOKAMNNA- KATHMANDU (190 KM 6 HOURS)

Early morning till 6 am we will enjoy jeep or elephant Safari (as per your choice on the direct payment basis) at Safari booking counter (morning safari gives you pleasant feeling) during 3 hours of Safari you will see pleasant and Bengal tiger (if you are lucky) after that arrival at your hotel till 9 am take your breakfast. Then visit elephant breeding center. Check out from hotel till 11 Am after 1:30 hours’ drive we will reach Manokamna temple here you will purchase
ropeway cable car ticket at booking counter which price is 525/- INR per person (both way) join cable car and darshan of Manokamna temple. After that approx. 3:00 hours’ drive we will reach Kathmandu and check inn hotel overnight stay.

Post breakfast move from hotel till 8:30 for following Kathmandu inner valley Angular and spiritual wow monuments excursion

After breakfast visit till 8 am then Move from Kathmandu to Nagarkot on the way explore below sightseen and take rest in Nagarkot with beautiful sunset view.

NAGARKOT- CHANDRAGIRI OR MANOKAMNA - POKHARA (210 KMS 7 HOURS)

Early morning enjoys phenomenal view of Sunrise at Nagarkot (Nagarkot commands one of the broadest views of the Himalayas in the Kathmandu valley (8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here). The ranges include Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Number range with views of the Kathmandu valley and Shivapuri National Park.)
After breakfast move from Nagarkot to Pokhara on the way explore Chandragiri hills or Manokamna by cable car then take rest in Pokhara.

After breakfast move from hotel till 8:30 am for enjoying Pokhara following excursion with natural Annapurna range

Post your breakfast then checkout from hotel till 8:30 am. Approx 7 to 8 hours’ drive we will drop you Gorakhpur, 2 hours before your flight/train time. Enroute you can visit suspension bridges, scenic beauty of mountain, Butwal zoo (if time allowed) Here your tour will end with sweet memories.

Terms & Conditions

The Booking:
A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.
Deposit
Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Payments:
For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
Once Booking Done 15% of Package cost
30% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 20 days prior
50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
100% cancellation in case of no show 10 days prior
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer at least a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy at least one-night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge, then the contract is irrevocable. If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be Jaipur City, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.
Liability:
The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.
Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents. Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.
We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
Complaints
We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
Passports & Visas
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months’ valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.
Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Our Liability
Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.
The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused;
Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
