Port Blair - Havelock Tour

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight/ship and transfer to hotel. After freshening up start a tour of places in and around Port Blair (CITY TOUR) covering famous places like Cellular jail and Corbyn Cove Beach . In the evening, attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.

Early morning departure by luxury ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair). Visit to Radha Nagar Beach + Stay here overnight amongst - sandy beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort.

Morning after breakfast will proceed for elephanta beach and Kalapathar Beach. Overnight stay at havelock.

Also known as 'Haathi Tapu'; the Hindi version of Elephant Beach. the island derives its name from the walks that the elephants of Havelock have been known to take around this region. Though there is everything same about elephant beach, there are small intricacies that set it apart from others. This place is considered to be the best place for Snorkelling and Diving because of the clear blue conditions.

Morning breakfast at hotel proceed for port blair and visit Ross Island.

Few miles from Port Blair is the Ross Island, once an administrative headquarter for the Britishers, before an earthquake rocked the Island in 1941. This island makes you nostalgic and takes you back in time when this was an administrative settlement for the Britishers. The Indian Navy has rebuilt some of the old buildings like the bakery and the local stores, from where souvenirs are available.
