Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : New Jalpaiguri Station (njp) / Bagdogra Airport (ixb) - Darjeeling

  Meet and Greet On Arrival and Transfer to Darjeeling Via Kurseong. in Kurseong, Guests Can Stopover for a While for a Cup of Tea At Kurseong Tourist Lodge. from Here We Drive Further to Darjeeling. After Arrival in Darjeeling, We Check in At the Hotel (vehicle Service Ends), Following Which the Rest of the Day Can Be Spent At Leisure. Overnight Stay in Darjeeling.

• Day 2 : In Darjeeling - Local Sightseeing (4:00am to 4:00pm)

  Early Morning At 04:00 am We Visit Tiger Hill, Famous for Sunrise Over Mt. Kanchendzonga. On Our Way Back, We Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. from Here We Return to the Hotel for Breakfast. After Breakfast We Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed On Thursday), Pnz Zoological Park (closed On Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed On Sunday), Tea Garden (outer View), Rope Way, Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. After the Tour We Return to the Hotel (vehicle Service Ends). Overnight in Darjeeling.

• Day 3 : Excursion to Mirik (9:00am to 5:00pm - 90 Kms Round Trip)

  After Breakfast We Go On a Excursion Trip to Mirik. in Mirik Guests Can Enjoy a Boat Ride On the Manmade Sumendu Lake, Mirik is also Famous for Its Many Tea Gardens and the Drive Through Them is Simply Breathtaking. Guest Can also Visit Pashupati Nagar in Nepal. Pashupati is Famous for Imported Goods from China and is Shoppers’ Paradise. After Lunch We Return to Our Hotel in Darjeeling (vehicle Service Ends) Following Which the Rest of the Day Can Be Spent At Leisure. Overnight Stay in Darjeeling.
  please Note: Indian Tourist Vehicles are Restricted from Entry Into Pashupati Nagar. Guests Will have to Hire a Nepali Cab At Additional Cost from the Border Check Post.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 40% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Between 30 to 15 days 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charge
Between 15 to 7 days 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charge
After 7 days 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charge
No refund will happen, if, for any unforeseen circumstance, guests have to abandon the tour midway
Tours to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen) once confirmed, will be liable to a cancellation charge, whatsoever be the reason including natural calamities. The cancellation percentage for hotels varies from property to property, situation to situation. This cancellation amount is fixed by the hotels themselves.
Cost for any permit, tickets, etc will not be refunded once they have been procured
Any claim for refund has to be done during the course of the tour. Any claim after that will not be entertained
All refund will happen through cheque, DD or NEFT. No cash refund.

The package cost is calculated based on the vehicle / hotel details provided above. Any deviation from / addition to the above details will attract additional cost
Due to hilly terrain and local traffic laws, at times vehicles are not allowed to go right up to the sightseeing point or the hotel. Guests are requested to cooperate with the driver during such scenario.
Sightseeing tours usually happen till 5:00 PM in the evening. Requesting guests to manage time and not spend too much time at one spot. Company is not liable for missed sightseeing points and no request for refund will be entertained for missed points.
Sightseeing points missed on one day will not be covered on the second day.
Night service (After 7:00 PM) is not available in Darjeeling, Sikkim & Siliguri region.
De tour / tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural / manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train / flight delays etc. The additional cost arising due to such factors has to be borne by the guest which is payable directly to the driver during the course of the tour
Guests are requested to pack light for the tour. Please bear in mind that we will be travelling in hilly region where road conditions are not the best in the country. Also there are many steep climbs and curves. Its puts a lot of pressure on heavily loaded vehicle and a few times vehicles have broken down mid way. We recommend travelling with one bag per person. In case of excess luggage additional vehicle may become inevitable thus adding to the overall travel cost. (Guests are requested to bear this in mind more so while travelling to Pelling and North Sikkim region)
Guest are requested to carry only the essentials to North Sikkim and leave behind the excess luggage in the cloak room at the hotel in Gangtok
In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle which is most readily available will be provided. Additional amount will be charged.
It is advisable that guest be present when the vehicle is being loaded / unloaded with luggage / personal belongings
Company is not responsible for loss / damage of luggage / personal belongings during the course of the tour
Tours to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen) once confirmed, will be liable to a cancellation charge, whatsoever be the reason including natural calamities. The cancellation percentage for hotels varies from property to property, situation to situation. This cancellation amount is fixed by the hotels themselves. Transportation cost will be reimbursed after deducting processing fees.
