Day 1

DELHI – SHIMLA (370 KMS/8-10 HRS)

Meals : No Meals
At 5:00 pm report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) & Depart for Shimla to experience a very wonderful Vacation. Overnight Journey by Volvo.
Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

Day 2

SHIMLA LOCAL S/S – SHIMLA

Jakhu Temple Kufri

Meals : Dinner Only
Reach Shimla stop where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After rest & fresh up cover Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjivini Plant), Vice regal lodge (which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use). Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3

SHIMLA – KUFRI (22 KMS/45 MINS) – SHIMLA

Today after breakfast have excursion trip to Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot). After S/S return to Shimla & Explore, The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 4

SHIMLA-NALDEHRA-MASHOBRA-SHIMLA

Meals:Breakfast&Dinner
After breakfast proceed to Naldehra & enjoy the natural beauty. One of the oldest golf course is also located in Naldehra. You can also enjoy horse riding etc. After that enjoy the lush green forest and beautiful surroundings of Mashobra. In evening return back to Shimla, Dinner and overnight stay in hotel

In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 10 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges but second time will attract additional charges.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 6 month from the date of advance payment.

Note

Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)
Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be as per the Hotel Policies
Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.
EXTRA PERSON COST:
Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
Note: In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
